I just had service in my home from this company and I could not be happier. I called, and they were at my house so fast. Cecelio was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. I personally worked with Mike I am experienced plumber and remodeling since 1989… he made me to finish weeks job by my self giving me no helpers… the only helper he giving me that they have no experience and mostly just left Jail looking for job… he isn’t screening any of new employees to go for helping…. Because they work cheap and he didn’t pay my cost paid for materials and labors for 3 big jobs close to 20k … 2021 once I find out there is no employee working for him …. Mike always have complaints about who did what for me but he dos t see himself on the mirror… he looks legitimate but he isn’t .Very dishonest person he used me a lot and he lied… … please check his license if he is eligible for remodeling and prove of screening how works in your home. Most of the helper he give me to help me just came out of jail and 2 of then they never seen Mike … none of them had vehicle to come to work I had to go pick them up from there homes more cost to me and at the end he said I have no money to pay you… god is my witness I am telling the truth.

Great experience from this plumbing company, the technician was understanding and kind, he did a pipe and drain repair, he explained what he will be doing beforehand. Would use again.

Sacramento Plumbing Solutions recently finished re-piping our entire house, both sewer and water. They were easy to work with and did an excellent job. We have an older house with several issues that no doubt caused them to spend more time than planned but they never complained. We also requested copper pipes, which required a lot of soldering and custom connections. We had many questions along the way that Mike always handled patiently and thoroughly. Justice and Anthony were also terrific.

Sacramento Plumbing Solutions also coordinated the city inspection process (we passed) and have been back a few times to tie up loose ends after wall and tile repairs were completed. They cleaned up at the end of each day and respected our request to wear masks while inside. Grace, who handled billing and some of the scheduling from their office, was also great to work with.

I recommend them without hesitation!

Sacramento Repipe & Plumbing is my Go To plumbing company. David Ortiz, the owner, has done many jobs for me in the last 9 years including full repipes, bath tub setting, moving drains in slab foundations, sewer repipes and he even did a simple faucet valve repair. Dave is the one plumber that I refer all of my Real Estate clients to when they have a plumbing issue. He is prompt, professional and very reasonably priced.

He gets the job done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Not only is Charles professional, but he's compassionate too. My loving brother passed away and he had a beautiful bouquet of flowers, in a vase delivered to my home. Now that's going above and beyond. I'm grateful and I highly recommend using this business for your plumbing needs.

Brian and Chris did a great job in servicing my plumbing issue. Brian and Chris were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly plumbers. I like how they answered all my questions amd concerns. I appreciated the options they provided to me to fix my issue. Overall I would highly recommend them.

Call them to get an estimate . Tried to charge over $400. Didn't sound right. Got a second opinion. And these guys tried to run a fast one. Thank god we listened to our instinct. We saved money. I would advise everyone to get a second opinion.

The technician that came out ( Austin Zimmer Duncan ) to remove our old toilet and install the new one was very professional and knowledgeable.A real professional at what he does.
Would I use America's Plumbing again? Absolutely not. I had hurt my back and leg other wise I would of done everything myself but I really did not have a choice. The estimate was $430.00. Let me say again the technician did a awesome job. The cost for this job was so over priced. I would never recommend this company, America's Plumbing Company for any job.

They do not communicate well. They needed me to do somethings but had no one call to discuss the work or when they would be onsite. They turned off water without telling me even though it was an emergency they never called to tell me WHY it was turned off. They have taken OVER 4 weeks to make a repair. I haven't had a walkway in that time and haven't been able to be in the garage for way over a week. I work in property management and will NEVER use them for any of my buildings.

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
