The Sacramento Repipe & Plumbing team are now my go to. We had a leak at the water heater and everyone else that came out wanted to just replace it. Talking with Mr. Ortiz he walked me through a couple simple ch cos over the phone before his guy came out and they were ultimately able to repair a leaking connection rather than the whole water heater saving me time and money. 100% recommend giving them a shot at your business!

Great local company. Did several jobs including HVAC repair, tankless water heater flushing, and sink faucet repairs. Responded to my inquiry in a timely manner, provided reasonable bid, and did a very good job! Very nice team who work efficiently, are knowledgable, and kept me informed as the job proceeded. I called Jeff's Plumbing to have someone come out and give me an estimate for a gas line. I was rudely asked how many estimates I was going to get. We scheduled for a service member to contact me when they were in my area the next day to obtain an estimate. I recieved no call the next day.

Emmanuel Delrosa was such a delight to work on our air conditioning problem. He was so helpful and friendly and explained his findings. He had all the necessary parts in his truck and recommended a part that would prevent breakdowns in the future. I will tell all my family and friends about his outstanding customer service.

He just left my mother’s very old house which of course has very old original plumbing. He was wonderful. He checked over the issues we are having. Then, in a conference call with our caregiver and me, he explained exactly what Is happening. He was sensitive to the fact that any major work in this house is, at this point in time, not something we want to do. I especially appreciated his attitude. He was not condescending. He was polite and experienced. We are very pleased our issue will be fixed tomorrow.

I also thank the McDonald management who salvaged trust we lost yesterday after another plumber had an unfortunately bad experience with us. He, I’m sure is an excellent plumber, while customer service experience is learned over years of house calls. He has a good mentor in Laird.

I called early Sunday - New Year's Day 01/01/2023 AM and spoke to Brandon about my water heater not working.

After listening to my report - and asking a few questions - Brandon indicated my pilot light was out.

He then walked me carefully (and patiently) thru the steps needed for pilot lite relighting.

He was calm, cool, confident and clear of speech.

I'm a 20 years Navy vet........I'd go to sea with him anytime.

Paul called back even after being booked for a whole week and made some time in the afternoon to come and fix our burst pipe allowing us to turn the water back on the whole house , even reduced the bill because i had dug the whole to locate the pipe, also took time to do a quick repair on a small leak he noticed on another pipe . our go to guys now
