It was a difficult job due to the type of job and the placement of the pipe underneath the home. Absolutely the best! We arranged for them to go do several repairs to the home where my mother lives. They were not only professional, on time, and performed all the work in a superb manner, they were unbelievably kind and accommodating to my elderly mother. They went above and beyond! My wife and I recently purchased a new home, there was a link in the upstairs restroom. I contacted Active Plumbing and they sent a crew out right away to assess the problem. They determined the job and got straight to work. about 3 hours later the technicians were finished and gave me a reasonable yet fair total for the job. This company is honest, fast, reliable, quick, efficient, knowledgeable and they were also clean; being mindful of the other projects we had going on. My wife and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. My first time using Mr. Rooter. I gave them a call at the office they were really professional with all my question and was advised that they would Give me a call back with a Plummer ASAP. I was call back in 5 min and was told that William Neumayer would show up to repair my clog kitchen sink.
He was at my place within 20 min and was working on the pipes right away to unclogged the sink. He was prompt doing the unclogging and fast, in no time he unclogged the pipes and I was running water again. William was professional, answer all my question advised me of current situation with my Plumming. I will always call Mr Rooter when it has to do with my Plumming. Andres diagnosed the problem within about two minutes and went to work locating it. While the issue was more extensive than we'd hoped, the cost was very reasonable. Andres provided options for if the problem occurs again and gave tips to avoid some safety hazards.

Nicholas was able to diagnose my problem. He communicated what he need to do for the task. He went over and beyond and crawled inside my BBQ. He completely solved my problems with the BBQ and everything is running smoothly. I highly recommend his service and his company’s service.

I hired this company to come clean out my heating system prior to winter. They found a crack heat exchanger and was told that I needed a brand new furnace and could not just replace my heat exchange and that it would cost me 5k+ for a replacement. The tech who showed up to my house named Gabriel lic#713817 decided to just through all the lose furnace parts into the housing area and told me he could not do anything about it, packed his thing and left me with a non working furnace. I have done this before and have never seen anyone disassemble a whole furnace for cleaning including gas lines and electrical pieces. I went with a different company and was able to get the issue resolved and the techs worked was heavily criticized negatively.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Look for a local HVAC expert and stay away from this scam of a company.
