This is my second great experience with this company. About three years ago they did some plumbing and put in a de-scaler system. I called about information about whole-house water filtration. They gave me a good price and were there the same day. Extremely polite and knowledgeable. AND they were available an hour earlier than the appointment!

We had the best experience and service with Diamond house . We had a some water damage that extended from our bedroom closet into our restroom we reached out to a few businesses and Diamond house was the first to respond and get someone out immediately. They worked with our insurance company and had began fixing the damage right away. We had the pleasure of working with Josh who was great and always provided the best customer service. We are so satisfied with the outcome of the work they did and have received so many compliments from family / friends. If you’re on the fence about contacting them DO IT ! You won’t regret it .

This is my second job that I used Diamond House Plumbing. This time they replaced my septic tank. Josh explained what the job entails, he answered all my questions. Due to my circumstances, I had to change my appointment day twice. They ended up doing the job sooner than the original date, on short notice. Luis gave me 3 options and did a good job. Installed my new toilet and replaced the closet flange bolts.

I seldom write reviews, but I’ll make an exception here. As a project inspector of 25 years, I know how rare it is to find a contractor that is both reliable and budget conscious. However, I’ve never had a better experience with a construction company than Diamond House. Their quality of workmanship and attention to detail is unsurpassed. They scheduled every visit, called ahead to let us know when a technician would be arriving, and always showed up on time. Everyone we interacted with (Archie, Josh, Ambry, Joe, Christian, and a couple others who’s names I can’t recall) were professional, knowledgeable, and conscientious that their work site is also their customer’s home. They took the time to prepare each work area to keep messes to a minimum and cleaned up at the end of each day. Our outdated and water-damaged kitchen looks now like something you’d see in a magazine. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends.

Got a Groupon offer for $37 for $100 of services to use with Diamond House Plumbing. My toilet flapper was leaking water and the flushmaster arm seemed to have a hard time filling up the toilet. I didn’t know how to buy the parts so I thought I’d use this Groupon which was the perfect option. I called Diamond House set up an appointment, which went well, they were on time, and did the inspection on various things in our house, that took 15 minutes. Then they went out to their truck to make the estimate which took 30 minutes. At this point we called the company to ask what they were doing that was taking so long. So they came back in and told us that we had 2 Options:
1. Approximately $600 to replace the whole toilet.
2. Approximately $500 for parts and labor.
Which we could not afford either one of those offers so we declined.
That very next weekend it just so happened that my brother in law was in town. He looked at the toilet and saw that the flapper was warped and the flushmaster needed to be replaced. So he went to Home Depot picked up the parts that was less than $20 and took him 15 minutes to fix. My brother in law is not a plumber he is a cable man haha but as you can see this company will rip you off.

We contacted Diamond House Plumbing because the drains in our kitchen and bathrooms were acting up. Joshua responded within minutes and set up an appointment to have Steven come out the same day. Both of them have been fantastic with answering any questions and their answers are easy to understand. My wife and I work odd schedules and they have been very accommodating to our schedules. Joshua sat down with us and explained all of our options and informed us on what was necessary and what things we could take care of later. Having experienced a power outage due a powerful wind storm, my tankless water heater was not working. Diamond House was so responsive from initial office contact that a service person was send out in hours. Drew went above and beyond when making several attempts to fix the issue but ultimately informed me a new system was necessary. Several options were given and after notifying the following morning my decision, they again came thru with a new unit that afternoon and had me up and running by the evening. Cesar the tech who did the install was fantastic also in his professionalism. Your whole team deserve more than 5 stars!
Had no hot water for about 4 days. Had the team at Diamond house come in and replace our water heater on a Sunday!! Luis had all the parts in his van and gave us hot water that same day. Really appreciated it.

We were very pleased by our experience with Diamond House Plumbing. Joshua showed up on time for the initial inspection and and laid out our options. They showed me what was happening underground where my old waste line connected to the city line and was and had roots breaking through. They then relined the the pipe with as strong epoxy liner. No surprises except that the newly lined pipe now looks great!

The people who work for this company go the extra 10 miles to make sure your happy with the work they do. They were polite, professional and efficient. They finished the job ahead of tschedule. They put new flooring throughout the house. It looks great. They cleaned afterward and put everything back in its place. Mr. Ruml & thank so much. It’s a no Brainer we would recommend this company to everyone who want good quality work done.

Drew, the plumbing technician was as professional as it gets. He was very friendly, efficient, clean, quick and knowledgeable. He replaced my disposal and made sure my drain was clear. I will definitely recommend Diamond House Construction & Plumbing to anyone who needs service.
I scheduled a water heater installation and it was completed satisfactorily, but then they tried to sell me on a lot of extra work that I didn't need. The most ridiculous item was a pressure regulator but since my water pressure was low (35PSI) it was a totally unnecessary item. I prefer my service contacts to be honest with me.
Andrew and Josh arrived early and got started right away. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable and informative. They explained what they were doing and what to expect with the new water heater. They installed the highest quality appliances. The men were clean, kind and respectful. The only reason why they don’t get a five out of five star rating is because of the sticker shock of the service. They gave a life time warranty on the faucet they installed which is unheard of in the plumbing world. I guess I will see the true value of the cost of the service in time.

I had no idea who the home warranty company was going to send to service my leaky hot water heater. As it turns out I couldn’t have gotten a better person. Andrew was professional from start to finish. He went above and beyond to explain my problem and offered me viable, affordable solutions. Andrew is not your typical serviceman. From the very beginning, I could tell Diamond House Plumbing was different. I contact dozens of contractors a year for different projects and most of them don't even respond. Diamond House was very quick to respond by my preferred method of communication, was extremely professional from communication to appearance, and even lowered their quote to match another quote I had, because I wanted to work with Diamond House Plumbing instead. Our water main from the street was leaking by our front porch, flooding our yard. The first contractor I contacted wanted $11,000. Diamond House was about $6300. A third was $4300. Diamond House was the most professional out of the 3 so I asked if they could lower their quote a little because I wanted to work with them but a $2000 difference was too much to ignore. I didn't expect them to match, just wanted a bit lower price, but they freely matched the other quote. They were out the next day with a contract, and started work. Dylan and Fernando were really great to work with and I am happy with the work!

2 years ago I had 4 water leaks under my mobilehome. I called that day 6 plumbers and no one showed up and this was a Saturday. The only one that came was Diamond plumbing and immediately stopped the water leaks and helped me repipe and replace my waterheater through out my mobilehome. I have seen Diamond plumbing in my park helping people fix plumbing problems. I would recommend a company that responds. Immediately and work is very professional. Zach and George creatively resolved several non-standard plumbing problems encountered after arrival, including a broken a tub faucet and shower assembly, unstable pipes, bringing everything up to code, a new propane water heater, and they created and installed a nice looking exterior access door to the water heater which had previously only been accessible through a bedroom closet. Their skill and persistence were impressive! This was concierge plumbing!

Today I woke up to water on the kitchen floor :( I called Diamond House plumbing and they called me back in good time.
Daniel and Robert came to my mobile home and quickly found the problem. They installed a new beautiful faucet in my kitchen.

I am so disappointed, I was told I could get a free estimate for my leaky shower, and waited past my 12-4 arrival window. When the arrived at 7:15 he took pictures, unscrewed the drain and flashed a light. He did not arrive in time to inspect under the house because it was dark and they wanted to follow up the inspection the following day for $226. When the tech was trying to fill out a contract I was confused. This was not a free estimate. I was told by the manager that he needed to be paid for his time and he reduced the fee to $142, that I was told would be applied to my service fees, but I don't know why it would cost that much for someone to come in and take 15 pictures and pet my dogs.

Dylan was very safe and professional, truly an asset to the team.
I have a number of plumbing issues to deal with, including 2 leaks, clogged pipes and rusted plumbing. I called at 4Pm and they scheduled and appt for 9am-11am the following morning. They called an hour prior to arrival to remind me and they arrived right on time. Andrew was polite and attentive and asked appropriate questions concerning my projects. After working up a proposal with several options, he took the time to fully explain each option and recommendations. He took the time necessary to instill a confidence in his ability, knowledge and the company. While I am getting other estimates. I believe the estimate he provided is reasonable and well within what I expected. While they have not done any work (YET) Andrew and the company get straight 10's across the board for professionalism and customer service. I look forward to having them do the work.

Our septic tank failed and we needed help fast, and Josh was able to come out quickly and help us out with a quote. He explained everything that would need to be done, what to expect from the job, and quoted us a fair price. His level of knowledge and expertise was very high and he relayed other possibilities and explained how things worked very well. We found out that we had a major break in our pipes while a routine scope was done. This ended up being a major job. They were honest professional and showed up when they said they would. They went above and beyond our expectations.

We had a major flooding in the master bedroom an bath. Called Diamond who we had used previously an they had someone at the house in less than one hour. Amazing. Luis came and checked everything.....scoped all vent lines main sewer everything. It was determined that there was a 1/2” offset in the main line along with a numerous root intrusions.
Joshua, field supervisor, came shortly after Luis arrived and also reviewed the problem. Joshua noted that the offset should be removed and replaced. The line would then be hydro jet. Due to the roots and other offsets it was suggested that the existing sewer be lined. In the end I decided that I would get a Band aid fix and just hydro jet the line and hope the roots held off for a few years. The prices for removal of a section and the lining were fair and reasonable. Probably should have taken the liner but being retired makes me cheap.
The scoping also found that the main vent was blocked with 3 stakes. Joshua provided a fair price to open up the wall, cut the vent and remove the stakes. This work started immediately with a completion by the next day.....patch, texture and paint.
All in all it was a very satisfying experience.

Diamond House Plumbing is a honest trustworthy company that I would gladly recommend to any and everyone. After dealing with previous companies that claimed they were professional and knew what they were doing ripped me off and never fully addressed my issues .. so I suffered the consequences... I was very skeptical of course of another bad experience but they were quick to respond to my emergency and knew exactly what to do! Hanz & Josh were really professional and knowledgeable. We are first time home owners and we learned a few things about plumbing. They are very helpful with their financing options. My neighbor had called these plumbers to correct an issue he had. While they were there working, I asked if they could fit a service on my water heater before they left.
Josh quickly realigned his schedule to accommodate me.
They did an excellent job at really short notice. Probably saved me having to get a new water heater. They also installed a pump in conjunction with the heater flow lines.
Overall, an excellent experience. I keep their info attached to the water heater. I know who to call.

To say I was satisfied by my experience with Diamond House Plumbing would be an understatement. My house required complete replacement of all drainage pipes and the rewiring of the entire house with a replacement of the circuit panel and it’s wiring. My past experiences with major repairs, particularly with plumbers, had been very poor. I had gotten Diamond’s name, along with that of two other companies, from my home insurance providers as companies they used. It was the second company I interviewed.
Diamond came on time, kept me posted by text on how the progress on how the work was coming and when to expect them. They not only charged what their estimate had promised but, when part of the work proved less complicated or cheaper than anticipated, they lowered the bill to reflect those changes. The fixtures they installed, from faucets to kitchen lighting were of top quality.
The supervisor, Joshua Miller, the workers, the secretaries in the office were honest, polite, and tried to keep the mess that resulted from breaking down walls, breaking up tiles and cement foundations, and digging giant holes in the middle of my house down to a minimum. Even the subcontractors who repaired the walls and tiles, repainted, replaced a broken window, re-plastered the walls, were highly skilled and professional. They did a beautiful job.
About half way through the project I gave Joshua a list of 13 concerns or items that needed to be corrected and he took care of every item except one.
When they finished the repairing the hole in the laundry I was satisfied, but after inspecting it, Joshua called back the plasterers and had them redo their work; when they finished it was beautiful and far better than before the work commenced. The tile in the kitchen too looked as if no construction or repairs had taken place; it was perfect.
During the rewiring the two young electricians discovered that the attic was insulated with asbestos. This meant they would have to wear full hazmat suits with masks and eye protection at all times in weather that exceeded 100 degrees outside and was even hotter under the roof. To made the work bearable they came at 7 PM (when it was a milder 90 degrees) and worked into the early morning to get the job done.
In every way Diamond Plumbing is a wonderful company which employs a wonderful staff, I could not recommend them more.

Daniel and Andrew helped me rid the roots out of my drains and pump my septic system. They were very professional, courteous and trustworthy. They quoted a price and stuck to it despite there being some difficulties to the project that other plumbers would have charged more for. They left my yard the way they found it and cleaned up after themselves. And they did all this is a very timely matter in our horrid summer heat. They will be my plumber for life!

If you need plumbers, if you go with any company other than Diamond your crazy. At least give them a call for estimates, you won't be sorry

Joshua, Mario, and Luis came quickly after we contacted them, to check our leaking gas line. They were professional, respectful and clean. I appreciated the clear communication and the fact they vacuumed and cleaned up their work areas thoroughly.
Regarding sum pump& bucket reinstallation and drainage rain water, underneath crawl space. Inspector, Cesar, came n assessed as a professional way and much knowledge made me depend on this company.

I called Diamond House after a poor experience the day before with a plumber sent by my home warranty company. They said they would be out between 2-4 and didn’t arrive until after 7. After 2 days of no hot water, I was hopeful after explaining to Ian at Diamond House that my water heater was under warranty and the unit would be replaced by the manufacturer, I just needed someone to remove the old one and install the new one. I called later once they missed their service window and spoke to Josh the supervisor who assured me there would be no call fee and it would be an easy task to get a new unit installed. Larry the tech who came was extremely kind and professional but he quoted us $1400 TO REPLACE OUR WATER HEATER! $1400 to pick up a new unit and disconnect and reconnect some water and gas lines?!?!? Laughable!!!! He called his boss Josh and told him there was no way in hell my husband and I would be ripped off like that. And they charged $39 to come waste our time after the supervisor Josh assured me there would be no up front fee. I ended up cutting out this extremely greedy company and the next day called the manufacturer, went straight to a distributor and paid $100 for a brand new heater and my husband installed it himself. Don’t use these thieves!!!!

Called about getting a kitchen sink repaired/installed. First off they charge 60 dollars just to come to your home. Then they wanted almost 500 to simply install plastic tubing that was provided by me for the kitchen sink. After some haggling they installed ABS piping instead and a bogus 84 point inspection/ camera piping inspection. Midway on the job the plumber was pulled to another job and left me with no kitchen sink. The following AFTERNOON the plumber arrived hungover and said he couldnt do the job properly and wanted to come back the next day. His boss forced him to stay and finish. The 84 point inspection is beyond pointless, he turned on a sink, that counts as 10 points, a shower head, 14 points etc. He checked one pipe with the camera, advised to remove the city palm tree, and left. didnt show me these *pictures* he took or nothing.
