Made an appointment with this company because my dishwasher was not draining. Zachary came out and took a look and new what the issue was immediately. Because my schedule is wonky Zachary was kind enough to come back later to do the repair on a Friday evening! Great service all around from scheduling to the actual repair. We had some significant issues right before the holidays. I called and Georgina has been totally responsive during the entire process. An estimate was submitted and as we waited for 2 other estimates, Georgina continued to stay in touch. Although we ultimately went a different direction/scope for the project and used another company, I will keep Rooter Alert Plumbing and Select Trenchless numbers handy. I would work with these folks in a heartbeat and appreciated their professionalism.
