So on a Saturday, my water filtration system decided to bust, leaking water into my garage. After trying to make some temporary fixes, I quickly realized I needed someone to come out asap. I called All City Plumbing on Saturday afternoon, and I was able to get a pro out the next day- even though my appointment wasn't until later in the afternoon, I was placed on an emergency list to be sooner if possible! That was very reassuring.The next day I receive a text from All City Plumbing that my tech was on his way and would be arriving within 20 minutes. I also received a short bio about the tech! It was a feature I had not seen before, and it was another nice reassurance of the professionalism.MYRON came out and was very friendly. He evaluated my situation and presented clear options I had regarding moving forward with my filtration system. Myron did not push any sales on me, and I did not feel pressured at all.Myron was very approachable, thorough and walked me through any questions I had. Eventually another team member, BRANDON came out to help with the final installation- and he too was nice, approachable and helpful with any questions I had.Overall- I highly recommend All City Plumbing- not only for their quality work but how they go about taking care of and reassuring the customer.I will be using them from now on!thanks again guys!
