Came by on a Saturday within an hour of calling them.they had just finished for the day but stopped by and said they would take a look. Cleared out my clogged toilet upstairs and they were on their way. Been a month and no problems involving the toilet since.

The plumbing specialist was prompt, knew exactly what the problem was and gave us a reasonable estimate of the cost. He worked quickly and corrected the issue within a few minutes of arriving. His work was very good and we have had no further problems.

I suggest you shop around. Pride Plumbing is way over priced. They charge $50 just for an estimate. Schuelke Plumbing offers free estimates try them first.
Work was done under my brother's name Brian Lanari. You charged a $50.00 estimate fee (which counts toward the work) cost us $393.00. After the fact, I called several plumbing companies...all others were half your price for exact same work.

They cleared our main line. We were without kitchen, toilets and showers. They used a camera to determine where the problem was and were determined to clear it! They were pleasant, knowledgeable, and speedy.

John came to our house on time and cleaned out the storm drains that had been backed up with hard mud and debris ever since we moved in to our house. I called this company today at 4:28 pm to do a leak detection and possible repair on a job that my company is doing work on. I received their after hours acting receptionist who was a great customer service person but upon reaching out to the technician, I was informed They do not do leak detection for Water Damage companies. Wow seeing as our businesses go hand in hand in this industry it is bizarre to me that they would discriminate when it comes to a job. But whatever won't try this company again. For free leak detection I wanted to pay for one. When attempting to book the location I asked what the cost was and offered to pay over the phone right then and there.l also looking for an estimate on repair once the leak was found and if the price was agreeable I would have gone with this company to make the repair on top of it we have no problems paying. I was told specifically sorry we do not do anything for water damage companies.
