Michael and Jesse were great. My drains backed up Sunday morning causing my toilet to back up into my shower. It was hard to find someone on a Sunday. Jesse was able to get on a call with me within 15 min. He was able to quote me the price over the phone. When Michael and Jesse arrived they were professional and knowledgeable. They explained what all of my options where and clear on pricing. They were able to hydro jet and clear roots in our drain lines. No limit got our house back on track so we could get back to our Sunday. Definitely will use no limit again in the future and I recommend you give them a call too.

We needed an outside pump replaced that was leaking. We called Mike about it on a Saturday (so glad he answered even though it was the weekend!) and he came Monday to inspect. His guys came over Wednesday morning to fix it - they were prompt and done within 2 hours. And the price was so reasonable! We'll definitely go back to Cross Plumbing for future issues.

Another plumbing company misdiagnosed the issue as a slab leak at the footer of the home. The competitor insisted the only way to repair the issue was to replace the entire line. (Very expensive option) Stephen, of Jim and Sons, explained he could better pinpoint the leak with some sophisticated plumbing equipment. In a short while, he had the issue located and resolved for a fraction of the other proposed solution. There was no scope creep, no damage to my driveway or my front walk.

If you've got a plumbing issue, call Luke first! We called him for a second opinion after another company put a camera down our lines and showed us several leaks. They said we'd have to rerun the whole house and it was going to cost $20k. Obviously, we wanted a second opinion. Luke came out, ran his own camera. Told us we had normal wear, one leak that he fixed for $300 (lots of digging involved), and said there was no need to redo the lines. We've had to call him out a few times since for various other issues. He's very reasonably priced and guarantees his work. We trust him. When we remodel our kitchen, we're calling Luke!

Joe came to the rescue after I had a bad experience with a large plumbing company. My tenants had a leak from the upstairs shower tub and water was running down the ceiling vent next to my ceiling fan. I called a large company with good reviews on Yelp, but they were wreckless. They asked to break the wall, gave me a quote between $2500-$3500 to replace everything including fixtures.

I decided to get a second opinion through a personal referral but the original plumber didn't service my area so Joe was referred to me.

I called Joe and he answers my call every time. He worked with my tenants work schedule. He assessed my situation and observed the leak came from the spout so he wanted to fix the obvious first. He even wanted to be thorough by having the same brand and model of the spout to make the same fit. He tested the replacement and there wasn't a leak anymore. Joe was honest, efficient, professional and my tenants told me he was so nice!! I am going to refer all my friends and family to Joe!!

I had great experience with Active Plumbing Solutions. Drake was the plumber who detected and fixed three leaks in the last couple months concerning a rental property I have. My unit is unfortunately a downstairs unit and sustained leaks from upstairs and from common wall pipes. For the first two leaks, other plumbers I hired couldn't find the causes and Drake was very thorough on inspection, and accurately identified the causes. For the third leak, I directly hired Drake without hesitation. Drake provided reasonable estimate for his arrival window, and when he knew he was about to run late due to other jobs running overtime, he had the courtesy to call ahead of time to notify me. He was always punctual on appointment, communicated well and he is honest, caring and professonal. I hope I don't have to use his service again, but if I do, I will definitely hire him.
