Mike and his crew were great. They went above and beyond to help get my Mother's faucet fixed during after hours. They were extremely friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic job with our plumbing issue. We had a leak underneath our house and needed it fixed asap. They came out and capped off the line and rerouted the hot water line through our dry wall instead of tearing up our floors. Which is amazing because it saved us the hassle of fixing the floors. 10/10 recommend. They were even so kind and patient with my two dogs that need to be in everyone's business. Thanks guys!!

Today is June 22nd. My name is Carlos from San Bernardino. My waterheater was leaking for the past 3 weeks now. I am happy that I finally made the decision to call Cross Plumbing becuase they did an excellent job last year on a different plumbing issue I had. I am happy to write this review that Cross Plumbing came thru for me again and solved my waterheater issue. It turned out I had to replace the waterheater due to it being old and degraded. I am happy to report that Mike and Eric from Cross Plumbing did an excellent job, they are courteous, professional, and very competent. They gave me a quote before they started on the work, it was reasonable. They finished the job quickly. I am happy with the results. I do recommend Cross Plumbing for all your plumbing and water related issues in your home. The are heroes !

They repaired a pipe and had drywall removed. Referred me to someone to put drywall up. They also installed a toilet. Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Services were very reasonable.

We needed an outside pump replaced that was leaking. We called Mike about it on a Saturday (so glad he answered even though it was the weekend!) and he came Monday to inspect. His guys came over Wednesday morning to fix it - they were prompt and done within 2 hours. And the price was so reasonable! We'll definitely go back to Cross Plumbing for future issues.

Utilized the services three times now and the problem was always fixed after the services were completed.

The environment was very welcoming the food was delicious and the staff was great.

Found out about Mike and his company through my HOA to fix an emergency leakage from the electrical room. Needless to say Mike sent Jerry for an inspection the same day within an hour and came to fix it the following day with his assistant. Both Mike and Jerry went through and explained everything step by step and reassured me.

Mike the owner is great and his team did amazing work at our home today. Eric and Matt came to our rescue after our drains/pipes got clogged in the laundry room. The came on very short noticed and handled the job very efficiently. So happy with the work cross plumbing facilitated!

We’ve had to call these guys on 2 separate occasions for our old copper pipes springing leaks in our yard. Both times they answered the phone promptly, came out the very next day for repairs, and got the job done quickly and thoroughly. They are also very personable and kind. I really appreciate their work and will continue to use them in the years to come. They’re awesome!

I live in a condominium and a neighbor downstairs noticed the smell of a gas leak. Turned out it was coming from an outside gas line used for my condo. I let my HOA know that it needed to be fixed and they told me I had to pay out of pocket. Fortunately when Cross Plumbing came out, they told me they could talk to HOA and let them know it should be something that is covered by them since a sprinkler right next to the gas line caused it to corrode so badly. I ended up not having to pay out of pocket and they came out to fix it within a day. Professional work and very much appreciated that they went the extra mile to talk to my HOA. Thank you!

Excellent service today from Jerry at Cross Plumbing. Price was upfront and Jerry showed me what was causing the clog in the tubing that was making my airflow to spur water out every time I ran the dishwasher . Thank you Cross!
