I used Yelp Projects to find Matt and was intrigued when I saw he only had 5 star reviews. I looked through the pictures and it explains why. He does an amazing job and is willing to get his hands dirty.

After we chatted online , he gave a price and we scheduled an appointment. He has an automated system that keeps you up to date on arrival times and who will be arriving.

Originally I was only going to have him replace a water regulator. But he was on time, personal and reduced the quoted price because the job was easier then he thought. So I had him quote a water heater that was also going bad. He was a fair price and could come back the next day.

The following day, same experience. On time and did a great job. He walked me though each step of the replacement, hauled away the old heater and they left the place as clean as when they arrived. I highly recommend this company.

Frantic over a gas leak the Gas Company wasn’t responsible for, I called Mr. Rooter on my neighbor’s recommendation. I also called for a second estimate from another company and they didn’t get back to me. Mr. Rooter sent Matthew who arrived in 35 minutes. A free, detailed estimate and an hour later, problem was repaired and at an extremely reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend them!

Top notch company. From the office staff to the workers who did the repair work. Had roots in my sewer and called Rooter Alert out for a 2nd opinion. Price was a bit more than the other quote I received but the other company missed a few things that Rooter Alert provided on their estimate. They were able to repair my old sewer pipe without having to dig the existing sewer line up. I am very happy with their workmanship. If you are having frequent sewer backup or issues, this is the company to call. They specialize in repairing sewer lines.

They are dishonest. Dale claims no fee for leak detection then I find a fee of $400 added to the final bill. He then calls in other services without obtaining permission or providing a bid who charge $3200 to run 3 fans for 3 days. Total cost $5151 for small leak in footing which took 1 1/2 hrs to repair

Michael B. was great! He was punctual, very professional and took his time to educate me as a homeowner as to troubleshooting plumbing issues. He didn’t try to oversell me for anything. He even played with my dog for a good while! He left my house cleaner than when he arrived. Will definitely be using them again. P.S. Mike needs a promotion!

It all started with a slow draining toilet. Another plumbing company came out and put a camera into the sewer line. They discovered it was buckled with roots intruding into it. Their quote was extremely high - so high that it was nauseating! So, we sought other estimates.

The second plumbing company gave an estimate that was half of the first company’s. Elite was the third company that came out. They pinpointed the problem and recommended a cost-effective but comprehensive solution (80% less that the first guys!).

Richie and crew were professional and kept a tidy work area. Richie did an excellent job of keeping us updated and explaining the scope of work.

My husband and I are thankful for Elite. They are honest; they won’t try to sell you services you do not need, like other companies. Elite is our “go-to” plumbers for life.
