Our experience was great. They sent out a technician named Kevin the same day and he was honest, efficient and helpful. It turns out we didn't need a new garbage disposal as originally discussed with a representative, and I appreciated he was honest about that. I had both bathrooms backed up I had called another company out the Monday prior so a week before and it backed up again 2 days later. I spoke to Jacob on Friday of that week they came out Saturday we're very kind good customer service got the job done and left me with an excellent warranty so that I don't have to worry about this problem again I appreciate them I would use them again.

The water spigot to the house broke off in the back yard. Unfortunately it was a water main and water was pouring out like a geyser. We had to turn off the water to the whole house. I called All Pro and the answering service let me know someone would call me at 7am. Right at 7am the next day I received a phone call. By 8:30 Eric was at my door ready to fix my problem. He was very professional and explained everything to me regarding what needed to be done and how much it would be. By 10:45 he was done and water was restored to the house. Eric was great. I recently had a large leak with the main line coming into my home. I called Bobby B Plumbing he came out that day was on time and within 20 mins he located the leak! He came back the next day and had all the materials he needed to run a new copper line from the city supply to the line entering my home. They are dishonest. Dale claims no fee for leak detection then I find a fee of $400 added to the final bill. He then calls in other services without obtaining permission or providing a bid who charge $3200 to run 3 fans for 3 days. Total cost $5151 for small leak in footing which took 1 1/2 hrs to repair

We noticed our floor was extremely warm in some areas of our home and after some googling we determined the most probable cause was a leak in the hot water pipe.
