Anthony was extremely professional, offered me options to avoid being charged after hours premium charges. We unfortunately could not wait as our toilet was flooding the entire downstairs. They were booked, and highly recommended Rooter Alert Plumbing knowing that they were specialists, and highly skilled in several areas including my trenchless sewer repair. The office and technicians were polite, professional and prompt and provided great communication. They provided excellent service at a good value and solved my main sewer line failure dilemma. The trenchless sewer technology they used (pipe bursting) was pretty amazing. These guys were a great team. I highly recommend them.

James was the person who came to repair the gas leak in the water heater. He was very professional, timely, respectful, he did no make false promises and explained the process step by step. Additionally, he came and worked on the leak in the middle of heavy rain. I am so appreciative because he never showed frustration, or an attitude with the complex job at hand.
