I woke up and found an issue with the drains in my bathroom on a Sunday. Thank god for No Limit Sewer Solutions! They were so easy to get in touch with and made sure to find the time to come out to my home. The guys were very professional and took the time to assess the situation and explain the drain cleaning process to me. Within 20-30 minutes, the drains in my bathroom were cleared and normality had been restored. I am so thankful to have found them and will definitely recommend their services. Great fast honest work

Carson and Dustin were absolute professionals. Out of everyone we called in our area, they were the only ones to respond and fit us in ASAP. They were able to get our toilet and bathtub draining for us, and they were friendly the whole time. Just good dudes. Communicated with us what we would need to fix in the future, and didn't make us feel uncomfortable at all. Any plumbing issues in the future, I am only going through them. Thank you guys!!

It was a great overall experience! Customer service is excellent, and the plumbers do their job with precision. We were pleasantly surprised at how fast they resolved our clogged toilet issue. I can't thank them enough for the fast and hassle-free plumbing service.

My water main shut off valve was old and stripped. Had that item replaced. Our guy was super nice and arrived in a very timely fashion. He explained what he was going to do very clearly. He provided good quality work and service. Definately will use 5 Star Plumbing again.

**UPDATE**I was able to speak with the supervisor and he made it right. I will tell you all what he told me, if there is an issue or something doesn’t add up, contact the company and they will make it right.Thank you..$250 was for their time.. from 1030- 1150ish.. but nothing got fixed because the part needed to be ordered from the company that they didn’t buy nor order themselves. I could maybe understand if the person needed to get their hands dirty but all that occurred was removal of the face plate. I can’t even say knowledge because the individual called the tankless water heater company and had to explain to them what was happening .. the piece itself costs about $7 and maybe to replace the o-ring would be another $1, and I was getting quoted $750ish.. when in reality it’s a simple fix. Not $750 worth. I’m not blaming the individual, he was alright..

I really appreciated how well Tyler listened to me explain the problems I was having. He figured out what exactly was wrong and told me in simple terms what the fixes were. He completed all the work in no time at all. It was so nice to have the issues resolved so I could go about my day. Tyler provided great service and fixed my plumbing problems quickly and was very kind and courteous.

On Black Friday (11/26/21), my wife and I were just getting ready to go shopping when she noticed that our water heater was leaking water. It had a catastrophic failure and it had to be replaced so I checked online reviews and made some phone calls. Most either didn’t answer or told me it would be several days until they could come to my home to replace the water heater. I called Pacific Valley Plumbing and Ricardo answered the phone right away. Ricardo said he could come later that day and he arrived in a timely manner (In the future he probably won’t be able to respond so fast because I can see him getting fully booked once his business grows more).
Ricardo is a licensed plumber that uses his expertise and high quality tools to get the job done right the first time. He first uninstalled the old water heater and cleaned up a bit and then installed the new water heater. He had to add a drain line because the old water heater didn’t have one (our home inspector had said the same thing 2 years ago but we never bothered to get it fixed). I am super curious about home improvement and have been an avid fan of “This Old House” so I know enough to know that Ricardo completed the job right and followed the proper codes.
I was so impressed by his work that I immediately asked him to help me with another plumbing issue. The house came with this ancient water softener system that I wanted removed since the day we bought the house. Ricardo removed the old system and the old pipes and then soldered the copper pipes together. This might have been a simple task for him but it greatly benefited me because I got more storage in my garage and my water pressure increased! Before I let him go I also asked him about a shower remodel since our home has those old school valves that don’t have any scalding protection. He cleaned up everything and he left me with some very nice business cards. I will personally be recommending him to my friends and family.
