I had a clogged kitchen sink, Mike explained my options, both short-term and long-term. Unclogged the sink, cleaned up and all in a short period of time.
As an owner of a vintage home, I frequently have plumbing issues and will for sure continue to use Mke and his team, and recommend them to my friends and family.

Worst Customer Service ever, rude, and very sloppy work, he was supposed to come back and complete the job, instead he sent someone else who was worse, and they just left the drains worse then they were. Worst experience ever.!

Carson and Dustin were absolute professionals. Out of everyone we called in our area, they were the only ones to respond and fit us in ASAP. They were able to get our toilet and bathtub draining for us, and they were friendly the whole time. Just good dudes. My wife and I only use All City. We had a technician that came out to fix a backed up sink, but he tried to sell us on a $4k fix by hydro jetting the whole house. That didn't seem right to us. We called and requested a different technician. We have totally found our guy. He goes by Handy Randy. What a great experience, especially after such a poor one. Randy fixed everything super fast. We asked him to address two sinks, he only charged us for one! Thank you Randy and Steve for taking care of our needs, we will call again.

All sewage was backing up in moms house he was able to clear for now. Unfortunately when letting the toilet a corner of the porcelain cracked off. Mom had just remodeled the bathroom 10 months ago so what do we do about that?? Martin was very professional.all employees were very polite and courteous

I recently had a large leak with the main line coming into my home. I called Bobby B Plumbing he came out that day was on time and within 20 mins he located the leak! He came back the next day and had all the materials he needed to run a new copper line from the city supply to the line entering my home.
