This was my second service call to Ray and his team. They came first thing tge following morning, just right after Superbowl Sunday and did an excelkent job replacing my toilet and two bathroom faucets.

First I want to say a BIG Thank You to the woman who returned my call after 7pm on the Sunday evening before Labor Day. And also to Ian and Joseph for the great job that they did!! With out a doubt this is the best service I have every received. Let me explain. I received a call from my Sister (who lives with my 91 yr old mom) around 6 pm that Sunday evening saying that there was a loud noise that came from the AC outside and it started to get extremely warm inside (over 105 outside). After looking on Angi. I called a couple of referred contractor made calls and only one called me back but couldn't schedule an appointment until Tuesday, the day after Labor Day. I found 5 Star on Google, which had more than 300 great reviews, and said they were open 24/7. I called and left a msg as well as an online msg and received a call back within 15 min or so. I explained my sister and mom's situation and she had an appointment scheduled for first thing in the morning on Labor Day. The next morning I received a text msg letting me know that Ian was on his way over. Within about 30 minutes, I received a call from Ian explaining the situation. Letting me know that the current unit was approx 30 yrs old and that it, along with the Heat Exchange unit, would also need to be replaced. Within approx 15 mins we had loan approval. Because of the heat situation, I requested that they start right away. Without blinking an eye, Ian made a few calls and then made some adjustments to his schedule to start the project to replace immediately. They took the old unit out on Monday and worked tirelessly (over 12 hours on Tuesday with hardly any breaks, according to my Sister) to get everything completed by Tuesday Evening. I am EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with this company. I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them highly to anyone who needs their services!! THANK YOU!!

I called Preferred plumbing 911 inc. regarding replacing a leaking water heater. Art was able to give a quote over the phone. Prior to his arrival I received a ETA call from the office Customer service representative. She was polite & professional. Art was professional & knowledgable. I never felt upsold & he did all the work for the price I was quoted. Good & honest plumber's are hard to find! I will differently be using this company again & highly recommend them to anyone!

I called Fire and Ice at 9 this morning because I didn't have heat. Jason was here by 10:45 and got my heat repaired. Excellent service!!

Neil did a fantastic job replacing my water heater, Neil even went above and beyond by helping to repair the wood pedestal that the water heater sat on, I couldn't be more happy with the services I received from Water Heaters Only.

Jason was extremely thorough explaining the repairs that we needed. He presented us with temporary options for short term solutions. Then offered us a long term permanent choices. This place is a JOKE! Home insurance made appointments with this place bc our hot water heater kept turning off. The employee (mike I think his name is was) that came to look at it had no idea what he was doing. He ended up doing nothing and Critiquing other things wrong with my home on his way out. He told me a part was missing that I needed to buy myself and my insurance company would not cover. Later I came to find out the part he told me was missing was in fact already on the hot water heater! He had no idea what he was talking about ! Complete joke! Do not go here!
