Fixed my A.C, same day. Came well prepared, and looked very professional. Technicians name was Mike I believe.

I was very satisfied with Steve and his assistant on giving me the information I needed to make a decision on the work that would be needed to fix my problem. I will be calling them back.

So far, not pleased with the service or professionalism of the company. A/C unit went out on 7/6 and called American Home Shield for service order. They referred service to this company and stated the contractor should be in contact to schedule an appointment within 24 hours. It is now Wednesday, 7/11, and have had no contact from the company. Tried calling only to get a busy dial tone. I understand they maybe busy due to the heat wave and/or closed for the holiday/weekend, but how about a courtesy call letting the customer know. SMH, if things change for the better, I will change review, but not impressed with initial contact or lack there of! Finally got through and it will take 2 more days for service person to come out. No apology or explaination why they have not followed up. Service cancelled and new company requested for service.

Mike has come out to deal with several issues at our house. We had major problems with our central AC/Heat unit. Our ducts were wi/o insulation and our unit worked so hard but just didn't do the job. Mike spent hours meticulously sealing every leak and did a great job. Our unit is running better than ever. Another time, Mike worked us in on VERY short notice for my daughter s wedding reception at the house and fixed 4 bathroom sinks, installed a touch on/off kitchen faucet and a reverse osmosis sink mount faucet quickly. In 37 years of calling repairmen Mike is the first I can absolutely trust to tell me what needs to be done & do it right. On another site I saw 1 reviewer complained about them being late for an appt. Come on, they have to finish the job scheduled before yours and sometimes UNAVOIDABLY things take longer than expected. If they rush the last job to get to you that means you are willing to accept a rushed not perfect job for yourself! REALLY? I would rather wait a few minutes and get a diligent serviceman. -- review by Corinne in Riverside.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPNAY!!!!Company is terrible. They have no communication skills. Tech made excuses time after time and didn’t fix my issue after coming out multiple times. Good luck trying to get a hold of them. They never answer the phone.

This place is a JOKE! Home insurance made appointments with this place bc our hot water heater kept turning off. The employee (mike I think his name is was) that came to look at it had no idea what he was doing. He ended up doing nothing and Critiquing other things wrong with my home on his way out. He told me a part was missing that I needed to buy myself and my insurance company would not cover. Later I came to find out the part he told me was missing was in fact already on the hot water heater! He had no idea what he was talking about ! Complete joke! Do not go here!

I was referred to this people by Old Republic home protection, I had problem with my A/C unit upstairs , some one from this company came and said that there is problem with circuit board , and they wanted to order the parts, And he turned off the A/C downstairs and left, I been trying to contact these people on their number provided, I been calling for past 2 days, and left several messages, no one answers the phone or called back, what kind of service is this, I am dying with heat , I have kids at home, This is crazy.. I am in touch with my insurance company , will never recommend this people to anyone.

Marcel came on time and quickly got to work on finding the cause of my water leak. He was referred by my home warranty company Old Republic. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the leak issue and I'm satisfied with the service he provided. Thanks R.L.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. AHS ( they're another issue) assigned this conoany to give a second opinion on my duct work. Let me start from the beginning. I had issues with airflow in certain rooms of the house so I knew something wasn't right but just hadn't done anything just yet. My contractor who was remodelling my bathroom told me about my ducts being bad, this ia how I know, I don't go in my attic. My contractor took pictures. I had a couple of companies come out to give me free estimates on repair or replacing. Both confirmed they need replacing. I said let me call AHS to see what they will cover. Dirt company they send Relaxed Air and Heating said the tears were done intentionally WTH, so of course no coverage based on their diagnosis. I called and requested a second opinion, got these folks. Mike came out he seemed nice at the time, but he didn't give a full inspection of my ducts he stood in one spot which was right by the attic access point, he just shined his flashlight no picture take or anything. He said on the plastic is just torn on the dutcs there's no leaks or anything. I called him the next day to sess if I could send him the pics my contactor took of if he could come back and take pics, his response was you need to call your warranty company, I don't take pics. WTH, so how are you to show proof of what does or doesn't need repair? This is when I knew for sure that these AHS contractors are on AHS side. I should have know when he told me when he was here that this isn't going to be covered. See the attached pictures that my contactor took and tell me that it's just the plastic that's torn.
