First I want to say a BIG Thank You to the woman who returned my call after 7pm on the Sunday evening before Labor Day. And also to Ian and Joseph for the great job that they did!! With out a doubt this is the best service I have every received. Let me explain. I received a call from my Sister (who lives with my 91 yr old mom) around 6 pm that Sunday evening saying that there was a loud noise that came from the AC outside and it started to get extremely warm inside (over 105 outside). After looking on Angi. I called a couple of referred contractor made calls and only one called me back but couldn't schedule an appointment until Tuesday, the day after Labor Day. I found 5 Star on Google, which had more than 300 great reviews, and said they were open 24/7. I called and left a msg as well as an online msg and received a call back within 15 min or so. I explained my sister and mom's situation and she had an appointment scheduled for first thing in the morning on Labor Day. The next morning I received a text msg letting me know that Ian was on his way over. Within about 30 minutes, I received a call from Ian explaining the situation. Letting me know that the current unit was approx 30 yrs old and that it, along with the Heat Exchange unit, would also need to be replaced. Within approx 15 mins we had loan approval. Because of the heat situation, I requested that they start right away. Without blinking an eye, Ian made a few calls and then made some adjustments to his schedule to start the project to replace immediately. They took the old unit out on Monday and worked tirelessly (over 12 hours on Tuesday with hardly any breaks, according to my Sister) to get everything completed by Tuesday Evening. I am EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with this company. I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them highly to anyone who needs their services!! THANK YOU!!

TL:DR -- I recommend FPS Plumbing 100%.

FPS Plumbing was very quick to respond to each and every text or email I sent in regards to the project. Tameka is professional and patient with scheduling and replies. Our plumber Dustin was 100% on time and I cannot stress enough how fantastic his work is. We had to have our 1 copper main shutoff valve, pressure valve, and a hose bib replaced on one line. He worked magic.

The old setup was a nightmare with the shutoff valve needed approximately 30 turns -- 30 turns!!! -- to shut off the flow to the house. It was also almost touching the stucco wall, so torn knuckles were expected. There was also a spot where they broke the wall and filled it with spray foam! Dustin built a new setup that is like a work of art. When he sweats copper pipe the joints are really clean. Since it's all visible that's greatly appreciated. I can now repair the wall and have a setup that would look great if we ever wanted to sell. And my main shutoff valve closes with 1/4 turn instead of 30!!!

Christopher and his team were so punctual and helpful to assess the reason our spigot was leaking. We will definitely call them in the future!

I had used this business few times in past year for my home's plumbing needs. My real estate agent recommended Rene to me and I am impressed with his services and had been calling him back few times as other plumbing issues arise. Rene is very reliable and very responsive. He will make time to come in the next day when I texted him for a service request and his prices are always fair and reasonable. Rene and his assistants always do the job quickly and they always did a good job to a point I never have to call him again to fix it again. He did a good job with water tank part replacement, detected a leak in my toilet, fixed the main water value leak in front of my house and replaced the bathtub spout. And they do not have issues again after he fixed them. I will recommend his business for your home plumbing needs!

I had call Fire and Ice Air Conditioning the evening before. The fan on one of our AC unit outside stopped spinning. I called 5 mins before they were closing. The representative who picked up the phone had got my name and number to contact someone at the office to help check their schedule. I received a phone call just 30mins later. They were able to schedule me the morning after. I was grateful, because having a senior and pets, we need the AC working. Jason came out the morning after and was able to fix the unit in 15mins. Great service and would recommend.

Yesterday, they sent out a technician named Paul Todak. I was convinced I needed a new valve installed connecting my sprinkler system to the main water control leading to my property. Paul took his time to explain why I I was mistaken and the problem was just a faulty piece of equipment on my sprinkler system that is now repaired! Paul was great and just like my previous experiences with the company I was very impressed! I thought for sure I would at least have to pay some kind of charge for the technician coming out but there was no charge at all! I highly recommend All City Plumbing! Toilet ring was leaking in one of our bathrooms. Called All Pro for an appointment and they had a technician out within 2 hours. John Garcia was our technician and wonderful to work with. Walk me through his process of double checking anywhere else for leaks and cleaned up after himself every step of the way. Highly recommend!

I just want to share my experience Johnny the technician came out he was very professional explained everything to me. Replaced my old water heater that was 20 years old with a new one everything looks amazing and I'm back with hot water.
