I have been in my house since December 1992. My house never cooled or heated correctly. Went through a house fire 2007. Oakwood fire and water damage in Brea was hired to rebuild the house correctly. Farmers insurance paid all the bills. Oakwood did not rebuild the house correctly. Oakwood had to refund alot of money to Farmers insurance and me. After the AC went out again,decided to call CL Robert to make it right. CL Robert did a awesome job, well worth the money. I highly recommend CL Robert to take care all your needs. My house has never cooled like this. All we feel is when the AC turns on is the cooled air ,barley hear the AC turn on. Can't wait for the cooled to use the heater. Preston came to our house for a diagnostic on our AC. Very thorough and helpful in explaining what was wrong with the unit. I liked that he took the time to explain the parts & how it broke/what they could do to fix it. He gave us multiple options for repairs/replacement. Preston was respectful and helpful, even moving around his schedule so we could get our repairs done in a timely manner. Would recommend! Thanks again!

Lucas Mefferd of All Pro explained in detail the process to replace 35 year + the electrical panel at our home as well as other electrical repairs we needed to do. He started work and kept us informed of the progress and other conditions that were not visible at first. He answered all our questions and expended the necessary effort, worked late into the evening to resolve the issues. I had an issue with my toilet leaking. Caesar was friendly and professional. I appreciated that he was respectful as to not get my home dirty. He came prepared with his own booties. Prompt and efficient drain cleaning

Employee Brian Grett came out to my house when I had a water leak from my water heater on 5/25 and was more than professional and helpful throughout the whole process. He did a great job explaining everything that was going to happen thoroughly and efficiently and worked hard to make sure that the installation was professionally done and all the work to replace old parts went smoothly. I really appreciate his professionalism and how hard he worked to make a not so great situation easier to deal with. In a day and age where customer service seems to be fading fast especially with big corporations, it was nice to have someone who was extremely knowledgeable in his trade and actually cared about how he treated the customer and made sure his work was on point.
