I have had BWR out to my home a couple different times for my air conditioner for different problems. They are always kind and ready to fix the problem. They don’t try and sell me parts/services I don’t need, but so make suggestions to help me extend the life of my unit. I appreciate their honesty and will call them again if I have a other issue.

This is the third time I’ve used All Pro Plumbing Heating. I called on a a holiday and hung up because I didn’t think anyone was available 2/20/23. A few minutes later they called me back and scheduled someone from dispatch to call for availability.A few minutes later dispatch called me and ask if someone can come on the same day.Martin V. Was our technician and immediately solved our slow drain problem. He did a fantastic job and was in and out in 30 minutes or so.I’m a service member so I save 25% ($20) off my bill. I could have saved money but would have to wait several days to solve this issue.Thank you once again All Pro Plumbing and Heating!

I highly recommend NIR for their excellent plumbing service. Mike was brilliant at locating a leak in my basement which two other plumbers could not find after more than one week of inspections. One company recommended a complete repiping of my plumbing. Mike found the problem within two hours and fixed it the following day. He provided excellent customer service and explained the problem before he did the work. I am grateful for their service to me and will call them again when I need plumbing work.

We called. We set up an appointment time. It was a semi-urgent issue so we didn't have lots of lead time. Sam came out, at the appointed time He checked out our furnace, decided it needed some minor maintenance work and did it. I think he charged ~$195 for a beginning of season servicing. It didn't seem like a lot and it was worth the peace of mind to have everything checked out. As he left he said we were welcome to call anytime and that there were no extra fees for needing emergency service or service on nights/weekends. That also, is really great. It should be worth 5 stars for arrive on time, do the work and not over-charge but, having tried people who don't return my calls, don't show up and offer High estimates, it totally is. Highly recommended.

Never had a bad experience with this company! Most recently had a main line sewer block requiring extensive work and clean out install. The gentlemen who repaired our line were timely, communicative, and did fantastic work. They were also respectful of our neighbor, whose property sits partly atop our outlet. Highly highly recommend.

The first technician (Curtis) arrived on time. He was professional and promptly diagnosed the problem, fully explained my situation and wrote up the contract. The second repair technician (David) arrived a short time later.He also was professional as he replaced my damaged water heater, explaining the procedure to my satisfaction. His work was neat and he took pride in doing his job. Both technicians were courteous and I'd definitely use ARS for any future plumbing repair work.

This company hires thugs that don’t understand the laws and constitution.. assault ppl and are backed up by management, I wouldn’t patronize this business if I was you
