He kept me updated on the timeframe he would be at my home so I wasn’t left sitting around waiting (very much appreciated). He then went over the issue in detail with me and fixed it quickly! They were able to get our toilet and bathtub draining for us, and they were friendly the whole time. Just good dudes. They are dishonest. Dale claims no fee for leak detection then I find a fee of $400 added to the final bill. He then calls in other services without obtaining permission or providing a bid who charge $3200 to run 3 fans for 3 days. Total cost $5151 for small leak in footing which took 1 1/2 hrs to repair
