Had a leak on main water valve and it was 4:30 when I called and he answered right away and came right out to fix issue....so relieved it was simple...great service!

I called Preferred plumbing 911 inc. regarding replacing a leaking water heater. Art was able to give a quote over the phone. Prior to his arrival I received a ETA call from the office Customer service representative. She was polite & professional. Art was professional & knowledgable. I never felt upsold & he did all the work for the price I was quoted. Good & honest plumber's are hard to find! I will differently be using this company again & highly recommend them to anyone!

The gentlemen who repaired our line were timely, communicative, and did fantastic work. They were also respectful of our neighbor, whose property sits partly atop our outlet. His supervisor, who used a camera to further examine and found a very large stoppage. They cleared the problem and we are very happy. The price was very fair. I will definitely use this company again.
