I HAVE TO REPORT!! My mother needed urgent help. Her shower faucet was stuck open. I live over 3 hours away from her and the best I can do was to guide her to the main shutoff valve. I called Five Star Plumbing, Heating, & Air because of their positive reviews. I don’t post reviews much, but because of their excellent dispatch response (friendly & fast) and superior service by David B, I had to boast about this company! Eddie was great. He was able to come earlier than the scheduled appointment. He also showed me and explained everything he was doing. He showed me the problem area versus how the area was supposed to look. He recommended repairs that would most likely go out soon but was not pushy about the repairs. He was very friendly and professional.

Our AC decided to die in October this year. It was quite old, so I knew that it was time to get a new one. I called a few places, but was most impressed with Adam at Service Experts His pricing was competitive, but most importantly, he was timely, patient, and able to answer any and all questions that I had. He came out the same morning to check out everything in the attic and outside. Even though the AC unit died, he was able to do a quick fix (free of charge) to get the AC running until he and his team returned to do the new AC installation. Later in the afternoon, he came with 3 people to tackle the job in under 5 hours. Adam and his team did everything that I asked including fixing and cleaning a few things for my second floor unit. It was a great experience to work with him. After installation, he provided all the necessary warranty and tax credit information in a timely manner. I would hire Service Experts again and recommend them to a friend.

Prompt and efficient drain cleaning

From the very beginning I was impressed with process of having my hot water heater replaced. All I wanted to do was take a hot shower, ARS/Rescue Rooter LA Riverside made that easier than I ever thought was possible!When I opened up the water heater cabinet to see what was wrong and what I saw was a disaster! So much for taking a hot shower, my water heater had completely rusted through and the entire unit had Given up the Ghost!My heart sunk, what should I do? I remembered that about 15 years ago, at a different house I had used Home Depot to replace another water heater at a rental property I owned. I remembered how easy it was to take care of through the Home Depot. So I picked up the phone and called the Home Depot, they were fantastic!That was the best decision I could have made. From the first step, the representative, Phelix, checked with the Contractor to set up the installation of a new unit. Chris Downs and Chase came out from Rescue Rooter LA Riverside, to size-up the job. Chris explained all the options available to me and since I own a Modular Home there was only one unit that could be installed. I accepted the quote that was thoroughly explained and was quite satisfied with the turn-key price. They removed the old unit and in about one hour the actual installer, another employee of Rescue Rooter named Mauricio arrived to install the new water heater.The install was very difficult and it took from around 2:00 pm until about 9:00 pm to get the new unit into the spot where the old one had been removed from. The space was very tight and Mauricio got it in and seismically secured and up to code! The price was turn-key so I new the price would not be higher than what had been quoted even though the job was much more difficult than it originally appeared to be!I am so glad I chose Home Depot and ARS/Rescue Rooter to handle the removal and replacement of my broken Hot Water Heater! Thank you Home Depot for having such a qualified team to help me get that Hot Shower that I so desperately wanted, Kirk
