The technicians were clean respectful and preformed the installation of the new hot water heater in a timely manner. Left the area clean and went over the care and safety of the new heater so I understand the proper procedure of care. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs

Got quoted three times as much as Savage and sons did it for, saved 400$ not using them. But they showed up when they said they would and the service tech was professional.

Jordan was a pleasure to work with. His energy and positive attitude made a challenging project less frustrating. He is a valuable member of your team. At this point I am unsre if the leak was successfully fixed. I will keep a watchful eye on it and keep you informed.

I had a major winter problem with snow covering the vents for the water heater and furnace. Don immediately came out, evaluated the problems and got to work with his crew. He worked with the furnace repairman, kept me informed and solved the problem. This is a man that knows the worD SERVICE.

Bottom line, a pro should have been able to do the job in less than an hour and for ~$50 in parts. You wanted to charge $400 for that. That's outragous and people in Reno and Sparks should know about it. $200 Would have been fair, I'm just helping others not get ripped off. The picture is what your tech wanted $400 to fix...

They are VERY nice, showed up on time, polite which is why they get 2 stars, not 1. Their prices are outrageous, I wonder how many poeple have been taken advantage of by this company...???

I called them out because we had a shower valve that wouldn't shut off and was a constant dribble. I understand I was calling a plumber to do a basic fix, something that probably takes less than an hour and I would pay a premium but I didn't want to deal with it. Big mistake.

They quoted $200 to replace the leaking valve, $400 to replace both, which was recommended. IMO, $200 to replace both would have been reasonable. I asked the guy twice if he was sure about the $400 price, to which he said yes. I told him to leave and completed the repair myself. I even told the guy I would write this review and asked a 3rd time if he was sure about the outrageous quote.

Judge for yourself in the merit of the quote and business practices; consider if your going to call them.

Everyone calling this company a scam and to look on YouTube to find out about it need to watch the video for themselves again! That company was in Salem! This is in Reno! Different owners! God maybe they should change their business name I guess to avoid the bad publicity.
