The install was 100 percent professional Dani was our installer she walked into more then was bargained for, but it did not phase her one bit when something popped up she faced with a curtious professional smile and fixed and updated a very out of date water heater. We have used Ira Hansen and sons multiple times over the past 3 years with the most recent being today. They are always on time, professional, clean and efficient. Our plumber today was Shawn B and he did an excellent job cleaning out our line from the dishwasher to the air gap. He also inspected a gas line connection for us and gave it a clean bill of health.

Van Allen plumbing came out to Lemmon Valley and re-piped our 1972 mobile home in one day at a reasonable price.
Hallelujah, we have strong water pressure again. They were polite, professional and respectful of our home. Of course, there was light cleaning to be done after they left, but overall the place was left tidy and in better shape than when they arrived.

We are building an addition onto our home and this required upgrading our current heating and cooling system. Even though this is likely to be the only time we are installing a new HVAC system (as opposed to regular builders) I have found Brix to be very responsive to my schedule. The work crews are courteous and professional in their work and their interaction with me and have done very good work at the time they promised to be here. With other companies I had a hard time even getting a bid, but Brix--from the owner on down to the least senior installer--have been great to work with. Any time I have a need for heating or cooling or if someone asks for a recommendation I will gladly recommend Jacob and his company.

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

Robin took the original call and advised she could have a tech out the same day and was very willing to work with me on a time I could be home. Tracy arrived right at the beginning of the time window, was very professional, diagnosed the problem quickly and had a new outside hose bib installed in less than an hour. I have used IHS Plumbing in the past and will continue to use them when I have an issue.

Great guys, great service! I have a rental property here in Reno and they always take care of me whenever I need 'em. I live out in Truckee now and they have an office there too so no need to worry about any of my plumbing problems anymore, they got me covered wherever I am lol. thanks again guys!

Came within 2 hours and fixed the drain problem. Easy!

Our water heater made us restart it constantly. they came out, did not pull a permit to install it. I asked repeatedly for them to pull a permit, they put me off for 6 months. When I finally have the inspector out he stated that there was repairs needed. I called to tell them. The guy on the phone spoke condescending and then when he kept asking over and over again about some tag that the inspector supposedly put on the water heater I told him over and over there was none. He hung up on me. SCAM company. AVOID this please like the plague!!!!

On my way to the contractors board this afternoon. Let them explain it to them.
