We converted a bath tub to a shower and a dual lav to a single. Lots of plumbing involved. We engaged Mike Salazar of On Point Plumbing for the job. The quality of his work is outstanding. From the soldering of the copper pipes to the re-alignment of the lav plumbing, Mike’s superior skill was demonstrated. The supplier of fixtures and parts was less than efficient and Mike had to make repeated visits to install them as they came in. He did so without complaint, without added charges over a period of two months. A-1 plumbing did an excellent job replacing a collapsed lateral sewer line to a 1950s old Reno home. There was potential for many complications but work went really smoothly, their crew knew what they were doing and finished a day early. The price was very reasonable, I highly recommend them !

An honest group of guys that takes a lot of pride in what they do. The crew was on site for over 2 months performing an industrial installation of a hot and cold water system that required silver soldering 95% of the connections. It was a large and complicated project that they were building to prints, but as those in industry know things are not always black and white between 2D prints and the actual building during an installation. I was impressed from the project’s start to finish with the company’s handling of every detail and decisions made along the way. Most of all, communication was very fast and clear, we never felt left hanging or out of the loop.

They’re not very big on advertising, but definitely one of the best plumbing contractors in town.

I have to say this Company is spectacular. Greg is the best tech. He answered any questions I had, and I ask a lot cause I love to learn. He is professional, courteous and had the job finished efficiently. This is the second time he's been out and I couldn't recommend him more.

Aura Restoration did an excellent job with our homes underground water damage. Victor was honest and efficient. I will definitely be recommending them.

We used Freedom Plumbing to replace a hot water heater. They came out the day after we called and did a great job at a reasonable price. Also used them a few weeks later when our garbage disposal went out. Very satisfied with their service, prices and response time.

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

So far, I've been holding for 12 minutes to get a price for installing flooring...wake me up when they answer.

Rooter man charged my father several thousand dollars to replace a pump in the sewer. It broke within 90 days and they refuse to fix it. The owner accused my father of digging it up and shoving a stick in it to break it. My father is a retired veteran and is on a limited income. These people are awful.
