We tried so many plumbers, and they were the only ones who would come within a half hour. Taylor was very nice and helpful on the phone and scheduled the plumber, Tracy, to come out right away. Tracy was very friendly, professional and efficient. He identified the problem quickly and gave us three options to solve the problem.

We would recommend them and will use them again.

I called to get a quote for our hot water heater replacement. Roman was very responsive and Van Allen was reasonably priced. They were able to replace it the same day unlike other plumbers. I would most definitely recommend Van Allen Plumbing to all my friends and family.

We had a plumbing emergency when our toilet clogged late one night. We called 10+ plumbers first thing in the morning and no one could fit us in before 5 PM (if at all)--until we got ahold of River City Plumbing. They called around to the techs, and got Phil to squeeze us in between jobs since he was on our side of town.

Phil was awesome! He was communicative before arriving and once working, he explained everything he did and why. Unfortunately, it ended up being a bigger issue than expected. Since he had squeezed us in between jobs, he came back first thing the next morning. He was prompt and updated us along the way with very clear and understandable explanations. He also made recommendations that saved us time, money, and stress. Phil eased our plumbing worries and didn't leave until we felt comfortable with the situation and information for the future.

BONUS! He noticed our bathroom sink was draining slowly and told us he cleared it before leaving. Highly recommend!

I had Costco give me a quote for a new furnace and AC unit. The price was cheaper than the competition and the service was great. Andy and Joe were friendly and professional and they worked really diligently to get my installation done in a timely fashion. This is the best customer service experience I've ever had with anything. contacted DnD plumbing to light a pilot on the water heater Juan came out promptly and didn't try to sell me a new water heater it was a little tricky getting it re lit and I am a customer for life thanks to DnD's customer service and Juan's outstanding professionalism and time he took explaining things.

Robert from Savage and sons came over to do 2 simple plumber tasks. 1) fix a kitchen pipe leak and bathroom faucet leak. He tracks dirt and muck into my house and replace items as needed. His caulking job was so bad that I had to buy myself some caulk and redo it myself. 2 days later my bathroom faucet turns on with rust water. I remember him holding a very rusty pipe but I didn't see him install it. I call the office, they sent him back out and he told me it was a bib inside the wall that cause the rust and now he would need to go into the wall to fix it. I was never told that was remotely a possibility. He left with no resolution and told me his office will call me. It's been over 2 weeks, no one called.

Now my faucet gives me rusty water, Savage and sons is supposed to be Reputable! If that's a good merchant, I don't know what anyone considers bad! I am a very unhappy customer.

Just like other reviewers, they do not estimate before doing work so you get stuck with whatever they charge. If I can give negative stars...I would.
