We converted a bath tub to a shower and a dual lav to a single. Lots of plumbing involved. We engaged Mike Salazar of On Point Plumbing for the job. The quality of his work is outstanding. From the soldering of the copper pipes to the re-alignment of the lav plumbing, Mike’s superior skill was demonstrated. The supplier of fixtures and parts was less than efficient and Mike had to make repeated visits to install them as they came in. He did so without complaint, without added charges over a period of two months. The install was 100 percent professional Dani was our installer she walked into more then was bargained for, but it did not phase her one bit when something popped up she faced with a curtious professional smile and fixed and updated a very out of date water heater. Larissa was awesome and so helpful, she responded within minutes and was so flexible. She arranged for Tracy to meet us at the house we bought within hours of us picking up the keys.
Tracy was our service guy and he was great! He worked quickly but explained everything he was doing, and knowing we just bought the house, he took the extra time to show us important things we needed to know or watch for in the future without trying to sell us anything extra.

Storm drain under driveway was clogged causing gutters to overflow. The techs came on time, set up quickly, and had the drain running freely within 30-40 minutes.
They cleaned up the mess completely and left my property looking as if they’d never been here.

Called in the morning and had my leaky hot water heater replaced by 2pm! Andy Hume called and said he could meet me earlier than planned which was great! Andy was thorough, professional, and didnt mind the beagle sniffing around. He showed me everything I needed to know about the heater and even wiped down the doors and water heater before leaving. If I need any work done in the future, I will be calling him for sure.
