Best Gas Line Issue in Reno NV

Installed reverse osmosis filter under sink and never checked to see if there was any leaks and water line had puncture holes in it. Would not work with my schedule and told me he was going to call me back and that was a month ago. I will be changing it myself because plumber is unreliable. Find a different plumber to do your work.

I wish I had more stars to give Wiley's. I am so thankful for Wiley's and their customer service - I WAS a customer of Sierra Air, do not use them! Sierra Air came out to do yearly service, I was on their preferred service program. Technician that came, did not seem confident in what he was doing, spent time in attic and finally came down and said we have a problem, discovered the heat exchanger unit had cracks, corrosion and stress and there were traces of carbon monoxide through-out my house. Mind you, I hire a company to be able to trust them. The technician could not answer my questions, just asked if I had space heaters, I said no, and he basically had nothing to say, I called his manager, he started asking my questions like, am I experiencing headaches etc. Also, I have detectors in my house none of them have gone off. So you could imagine how I was feeling at this point. They said they would send out a new tech which turned out to be from their design department. Turned out the first technicians tools he was using was faulty and was not working properly. At the end of the day, this guy had me talked into a sale of 7K, and pretty much worked off my emotions and fear.

Luckily, I spoke with a friend, referred me to Wiley's and I got a second opinion right away, Mike with Wiley's came out right away, he was very knowledgeable, eased my mind and made me feel comfortable that I was safe. He went through my house checking for monoxide, no detection. He said I do not need to replace my heater, that my heater was working fine, there was no detection of carbon monoxide and when I do need to replace it, it would be around 4000, not 7000. I asked him if he thought I should have them service the unit just in case Sierra Air didn't do it right, he said he was not comfortable charging me for a service I did not need. He went further on to explain how the monoxide detectors work, what to do if one did go off and that if I needed anything to please reach out to him. When I asked a question, he knew the answer. I also have a friend that works at a plumbing company here in town and also said Wiley's is fantastic.

If you want someone you can trust and a company that is honest and doesn't work off commission, reach out to Wiley's they are the best and looks out for your safety and best interest

Called Ira Hansen plumbing. The phone was answered promptly by Taylor who quickly set up a service call time for Tracy to come and do the work. I found both Taylor and Tracy to be courteous and professional. Tracy took the time to explain everything about a new water heater. I will certainly keep this company at the top of my list for any future plumbing needs

Had a nice conversation with one employee who was gearing up the truck, probably straightening up after her messy male CoEE ...yea me too... I can be messy at times!

So, its 9:45 am on a Thursday morning & these folks are on it. Making someones day much better in the apts as I walk pass.

Cary did a maintenance service on my high efficiency radiant heating system (cleaning, fluid replacements etc.). Very professional, competent and clean.
He also answered a bunch of questions on other issues, which ended up with a fix of the recirculating hot water system and a suggestion for addressing a more automatic house water shut-off scenario.

Our furnace went out, so i had these guys come out only for them to find that the furnace was out because of a leak from the bathroom above it.They could have charged me for the first visit, but instead he called and was able to get a plumber out that same day. They found the issue and repaired it and I am very grateful that they were quick and professional. Thank you guys so much.

I had an after hours urgent service call on a Sunday, and these guys answered my call, took the job on and got my broken water valve repaired within hours!! I cannot express how pleased we are with their knowledge & responsiveness to our call!
