Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

RHP is an amazing company, we purchased our new HVAC system thru Costco. I had only seen the RHP trucks around town before this purchase. Let me say from the time of purchase to the end result every RHP employee was friendly, courteous, professional hard working. My salesman Adam was knowledgeable and easy to work with very trustworthy helped a lot in decision making process.
Brandon & Adam were simply the best they went out of their way, many times throughout the installation they checked with me made sure I was happy and understood what was taking place two awesome people.
It was like having a couple friends over.

The service tech, Eric, was excellent and very polite. He explained everything he was going to be doing for an A/C tune up. It's a 23 year old unit and we never had a tune up done. He explained all the results to me and which numbers were great and parts that could start to go out with the age. He replaced those and even showed me the old part to let me see what can happen. And these parts should allow the unit to continue to operate correctly. My hubby and I used Home Energy Experts last year to replace out 22 year old hot water heater and they were great then as well. Nice people and great company!
