Called on point plumbing when my water heater went out based on a referral from a friend. Glad I did! Mike came out same day and was able to get me fixed up. Logan replaced the water heater at our home. Logan was very polite, and did a great job on the install. After the install, we had the building inspector come out for the final inspection and it passed with no issues whatsoever.

Mike and Lee came over to my rental house just to fix a leaky shower head. Not only did they get that done in a timely manner, they also gave me an estimate on a water line to my fridge and found a leak under my house. These guys killed it and with any other plumbing needs I may have I will definitely be requesting these two. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to and didn’t really have the time to. Used silver state last year, 2021. At first everything was amazing. About 8-10 months. Unfortunately the system they completely replaced has began failing. They have sent multiple employees out to attempt to fix it if which none were the original plumbers. I asked directly for the same people that did the replacement but have had no luck. Called another company out and they’re saying the system was installed incorrectly and once again needs to be replaced. For the cost associated with this replacement I feel overwhelmed. The worst part on this is the customer service. Long waits to get ahold of anyone. When I finally reach someone they have no idea what is going on. Very disappointed.

As a native of Reno, I have found it difficult to find Quality Plumbers that can perform a multiple array of projects from Small to Large. A1 Plumbing has completed small to large type projects for me and has always delivered a Quality Job at a competitive price and in a timely-manner.

Great honest company

Left my air conditioning unit half installed and refused to come back and finish the job, even though he had charged my Home Warranty company thousands of dollars to do the job. It was a simple install of a brand new condenser unit. Completely incompetent and unprofessional. Stay away from this company.

We had a very positive experience with Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing. Sean Simpson replaced our 19 year old water heater today. He was very knowledgeable, conscientious and accountable. He took the time to come early to inspect our old water heater to determine the specific parts he needed. He also kept us apprised of when he would be returning to do the actual installation, and his progress along the way. He represents Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing very well and we will definitely contact them again for any future plumbing needs!

Absolutely incredible service from Van Allen Plumbing! We had a huge issue with another company that wanted to charge us double the amount of Van Allen Plumbing and we couldn't even get ahold of them to discuss payment options and the service after the first time they came out. VAP came out and diagnosed the issue, sent it to the home warranty company immediately after leaving our house and we had a new water heater installed within a week after fighting the other company from the beginning of August until now,Beginning of November. Josh is who helped us along with Carlos and they were both very professional and awesome to work with! Josh explained in full detail everything for us of the full diagnosis and what needed to be replaced and what the out of pocket most likely would be. We had no problem paying the out of pocket to them, the service,how fast they were and how professional they handled everything and took us seriously, made it worth it! I highly recommend using them for all your water heater needs and I will definitely be doing Buisness with them again in the future should we need it.

Best commercial plumbing contractor in town

We just used River City Plumbing last week,replaced our garbage disposal and fixed the leak under our kitchen sink and also removed and installed a new faucet,they were prompt and friendly.I felt very comfortable with the guy they sent out whose name is Phil and lives right in our HOA also.The quick and diligent customer service was excellent and I will definitely use them again in the future should a need arise.Thank you very much RC Plumbing,appreciate your services.

I wish I had more stars to give Wiley's. I am so thankful for Wiley's and their customer service - I WAS a customer of Sierra Air, do not use them! Sierra Air came out to do yearly service, I was on their preferred service program. Technician that came, did not seem confident in what he was doing, spent time in attic and finally came down and said we have a problem, discovered the heat exchanger unit had cracks, corrosion and stress and there were traces of carbon monoxide through-out my house. Mind you, I hire a company to be able to trust them. The technician could not answer my questions, just asked if I had space heaters, I said no, and he basically had nothing to say, I called his manager, he started asking my questions like, am I experiencing headaches etc. Also, I have detectors in my house none of them have gone off. So you could imagine how I was feeling at this point. They said they would send out a new tech which turned out to be from their design department. Turned out the first technicians tools he was using was faulty and was not working properly. At the end of the day, this guy had me talked into a sale of 7K, and pretty much worked off my emotions and fear.

Luckily, I spoke with a friend, referred me to Wiley's and I got a second opinion right away, Mike with Wiley's came out right away, he was very knowledgeable, eased my mind and made me feel comfortable that I was safe. He went through my house checking for monoxide, no detection. He said I do not need to replace my heater, that my heater was working fine, there was no detection of carbon monoxide and when I do need to replace it, it would be around 4000, not 7000. I asked him if he thought I should have them service the unit just in case Sierra Air didn't do it right, he said he was not comfortable charging me for a service I did not need. He went further on to explain how the monoxide detectors work, what to do if one did go off and that if I needed anything to please reach out to him. When I asked a question, he knew the answer. I also have a friend that works at a plumbing company here in town and also said Wiley's is fantastic.

If you want someone you can trust and a company that is honest and doesn't work off commission, reach out to Wiley's they are the best and looks out for your safety and best interest

The lack of quality work is amazing. paid 12k for new water lines that now have to be done again by someone else. Waiting 2 weeks for a call back. Nowa fter waiting 3 hours through my 2 hour window of arrival I'm kinda angry I picked such a terrible company to do work in my home. i don't even trust them to do the repairs to the work they did themselves. Find anyone else.

The person on the phone was so incredibly rude, I knew immediately this wasn’t someone I wanted to do business with. I told him the homeowner was out, so she’ll call back. He said she didn’t have to call, this was all settled, and hung up on me. If I had a pipe spewing water 100 feet in the air, and they were the last plumbers on earth, I’ll take a pass.
