We learned that our water heater was leaking wihle out of town on an extended vacation. Tracy was able to give us a quote over the phone for the new water heater (which other plumbing businesses wouldn't do without a visit). Tracy met my nephew at the house on time, installed the new water heater, and gave us a detailed account of how the installation went over the phone. S&S replaced my old water heater. They did a great job and also added an expansion tank. They quickly got the old one out and the new one in. Same day service was much appreciated as well.

Incredibly excellent repair experience. Albert was the technician they sent to my house. Great person, showed me how the system worked and what I should be checking on. Best of all, my radiant floor boiler kept the house perfectly warm all winter. High recommend both D&D and Albert.

Tracey was professional and pleasant, explaining the entire service of replacing a very old leaking water heater with a unit that is up to code, looks fantastic, and more so made us realize how terrible the old heater was, as the new one means business when asked for hot water!
