Best Bathroom Plumbing Fixture in Reno NV

The owner jay is super unprofessional. He was rude and outright nasty. When doing a plumbing job for a next door neighbor, they started drilling cement at 7am. The patch they were working on was 5 feet from my door and they all had proper ear protection and no one from the street had been notified of the work. When brought up to jay outside, how long the job would take, he got political and told me I should ask the president. He then proceeded to tell me that I wasn’t important enough to be notified and that he was merely trying to make a living. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else and give another good, honest and decent company your money.

Absolutely right on with diagnosis and solution and at fair price. Truly 5 stars.

Dr. Plumber (Jack) fixed a leaking gas line for me pronto.Finally a contractor that cares about his reputation and quality of work while at the same time being reasonable during these tough economic times. Great communication all the way through.

Called IHS plumbing and talked to Robin who was able to to get an appointment for us that same afternoon. Tracy called and was able to come early to take care of a leaking shower. Tracy was helpful, efficient, and friendly. He completed the work in less than an hour.

Hairline crack in toilet tank that was barely visible that resulted in small pooling of water below tank onto the bathroom floor. Shane quickly diagnosed. Because of age of toilet, decided to replace entire unit. Shane quickly aquired knew toilet from shop and replaced. Prompt, courteous, professional, knowledegable.

Brandon did an excellent job during the whole process. He explained everything to me. Even replaced two cartridges in my tub and shower that had gone bad. Corrected my heat circulation pump position The company that had originally installed it a year and a half ago did it incorrectly. I even called them back 3x to get it working properly.
Any issues down the line, rest assured Savage & Sons will be my first phone call. Couldn't be happier with the technician and the results!

Main line problems hit early. The receptionist was so nice and worked me in that day. I was so pleased with one really friendly plumber by the name of Josh. In this 100 degree weather, sweat running down his face, he dashed outside and back to the house at least 20 times, and he still kept a smile and had a good chuckle. Excellent job done! Take good care of him. He's a gem!

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .
