Actually called their number in error. I highly recommend for heating. Joseph was great in explaining steps we could take before replacing a thermostat. As ir turned out we did replace the thermostat and the first service call was applied toward the bill. They installed an Emerson with a great warranty. Highly recommend.

They did a good job, were great about explaining the new system and answering all our questions (both when giving the estimate and during installation) and the AC works well. And I love the new smart thermostat - very easy to use with lots of options. A couple odd things:
1. As is normal these days, we had to wait 6 weeks for the A/C unit to arrive (we didn't want just a standard AC). Gibson was supposed to schedule the appointment after the unit arrived, but instead they just showed up one morning. I was out of town but my luckily my housemate was home and able to stay home for the 2 days before I got back.
2. I had wanted the return air duct enlarged and wanted to use a larger static filter after another company had taken static pressure readings to find that it's insufficiently sized especially for the later static filter. I can't recall the exact conversation, but oddly Gibson wouldn't do that work. Also, it seems taking the static pressure readings would be a normal part of working on my 30 year old system but they didn't do that.

Those things certainly aren't show stoppers. I'd recommend Gibson to friends.

My heater stopped working and they were out the same day. Thorough check with photos/video and fixed the same day. Reasonable pricing and very professional!
