We are building an addition onto our home and this required upgrading our current heating and cooling system. Even though this is likely to be the only time we are installing a new HVAC system (as opposed to regular builders) I have found Brix to be very responsive to my schedule. The work crews are courteous and professional in their work and their interaction with me and have done very good work at the time they promised to be here. With other companies I had a hard time even getting a bid, but Brix--from the owner on down to the least senior installer--have been great to work with. Any time I have a need for heating or cooling or if someone asks for a recommendation I will gladly recommend Jacob and his company.

Kyle the owner called and came by the same day the plumber contacted him. He and his crew showed up the next day and started the clean. He called and came by everyday to check on the progress. They completed the job within the time he said. I would recommend them to anyone needing his services.

We called them at 10 am as our hot water heater was going out. He showed up at 11 am. Gave us a quote and installed a new gas heater in 3 hours. Installer was pleasant and informative. His work was superb. I would recommend Reno Plumbing Doctor for any plumbing needs. We are very pleased.

After 16 years on the same water heater, we finally needed an update. We called many companies and River City Plumbing came back with the most fair quote for a new tank, recirculating pump, and labor. Upon removing the old tank, Mike and his team discovered some significant water damage and mold to the platform that the tank sits on. They were able to put the water heater on an extension that allowed us to have hot water for the week that the mold problem was cleaned and River City also subcontracted with a construction company that fixed all the drywall and rebuilt the platform. Throughout the entire process, Mike was professional, friendly, available to my constant questions and texts, and he even reached out a week after the work was done to make sure we were happy with everything. We were very happy overall with River City Plumbing and Mike. Thank you for everything!

Great company to deal with. Scheduling was easy, they showed up on time, and were highly knowledgable. The technician, Rodney, was super helpful, polite, and did a great job explaining to me in simple terms the simple solution to my gas line problem (that another water plumber couldn't fix the first time). He also went the extra mile to help me communicate with the fireplace company so I would be back in business with getting my fireplace fixed. Northern Nevadans are lucky to have Paschall Plumbing as a resource. I called late in an afternoon that hot water gushed across my kitchen floor on a day before house guests were to arrive, all during our stay at home directives for Covid-19. Terrible service said they be here at 8 never showed up try calling they don’t answer and the number they give you to call as back up goes straight to voice mail if your in the Reno area and need a plumber just call jet or some other services
