Best Tankless Water Heater Installation in Reno NV

Our water heater was outdated and costing a lot, so we decided to have a new energy efficient one installed. We were worried about the cost, because money is tight, but Bill at S&S walked us through pricing and gave us a great quote!

Eric at Big Bear Plumbing is a true professional. He provides quality service, is extremely qualified (former commercial plumber, bonded, and formally trained plumber), and a very nice guy! He showed up on time and did a very high quality job repairing my sprinkler system, which appeared to be all kinds of messed up from a previous repair. When he finished it had no leaks, was water tight, and proper water pressure returned. If you are wondering, he is definitely one of the awesome old Reno tradesmen that you are probably looking for as you read these reviews: self reliant, honest, punctual, and hard working. We had a leaky toilet valve that flooded the bathroom. We called Nods at about 2:40pm on a Saturday from Carson City. Someone arrived an hour later from Reno and they were done before 4:30pm. Service was excellent and more importantly we felt important. We had contacted a few places who could not get here until after the weekend. Thank you Nods

Daniel was awesome! We happened to call on a Saturday night due to a backup in our tub. The service that answered my phone call was professional and efficient and she connected us to Daniel and in a matter of 20 minutes Daniel called to confirm he was on his way and asked about our plumbing issue. Once Daniel arrived he assessed the situation and problem solved. We are very grateful for the services Hawthorne provided us as well as Daniel. Robert Hernandez showed up on time, and immediately replaced aerators instead of replacing entire faucet as advised by another plumber. He will be back to make more repairs after I figure out how to turn off my well.
