I was frantically calling around for a 24 hour plumbing service as one of my pipes burst in my commercial business and they were the only ones to answer. I am extremely grateful that they were able to come out at 1am and try to help me fix the problem. Chris didn’t leave until almost 3am to diagnose the issue Chis then came right back the following morning and proceeded to diligently work on our leak and coordinate with his boss as how to best handle our situation. He took lots of pictures and explained everything to me in great detail so that I understood.

This was our first time using Weather Master. I took advantage of their AC Tune Up special for this first call with them and immediately signed a annual maintenance contract. I can highly recommend them based on this experience.Andrew arrived on time, he was exceptionally professional and competent. He explained everything he was doing and why. He was very efficient and could not have been more courteous. He was respectful of house and diligent with Covid-19 protocols (he wore a mask throughout his time at our home). He was very comfortable as I was watching what he was doing (to learn) and he explained everything in adequate detail.

He ensures you fully understand the costs and the scope covered. He is very respectful of the home, and is careful not to track mud, etc and to clean up as he goes. My technician, Andrew, was extremely helpful and courteous. He took the time to explain how my hvac system was operating, what my options were, and a plan for long term care of the system. He answered all of my questions, and he went above and beyond and secured a dryer vent that had come loose to prevent debris from being trapped in the duct. He provided exceptional customer service, and I would highly recommend requesting him as a technician if you utilize Blanton. 10 stars for Andrew! I wish everyone who came to the house was like him!
