Shout out to Luna for the awesome service! After just a few minutes he knew exactly what was wrong, and was quickly able to locate the buried pipe and fix it. I had a plumbing emergency, called my home warranty and then called Fasco to make the reservation. They were able to fit me into their schedule and they came out just a couple hours later and fixed my problem. Also, I have seen some reviews of people saying they do not respond or pick up the phone, I called twice and both times I was able to talk to someone after a ring or two.

Jimmy and his crew did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC and mini split. They completed both jobs in a timely manner, cleaned up and answered all of our questions along the way. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a qualified and professional company to work on their home.

I highly recommend Joseph and Matthew at Golden Rule Plumbing!! I had a few other plumbers come to our house and NONE of them would actually diagnose the root cause of our plumbing/sewage problem; they merely charged us for the visit and told us we needed to call someone else. However, when I spoke to Joseph at Golden Rule, HE was willing to work with us and actually get under our house to see what was causing our problems! He showed us pictures of a pipe that had come loose and was flooding the crawl space. He was the ONLY one (along with Matthew) who was willing to FIX it AND put in a new water heater (that no longer worked)!! I am incredibly grateful for Joseph!! As the name of his company implies, he truly does do unto others! He was very professional and specific and KNEW what he was doing!! He didn't give us any runaround! He and Matthew stayed until the job was finished and it got dark! His honesty and integrity truly stand out. Thanks to Joseph, we don't have to take cold showers any more!! Brrrr! We finished our basement and PlumbV did all of the plumbing for the full bathroom. They installed a double shower-head and all of the work was incredibly well-done. On Wednesday July 25th I walked into a complete disaster in my downstairs bathroom. I thought I could just grab the trusty old plunger and things would be okay; nope! Went and bought a 3ft auger and thought to myself, this will surely get the issue resolved; nope. Rented a 25ft snake from a hardware store and thought, surely this will do the trick; nope. Called Fuller Services on Thursday morning. They had someone at my house within a couple of hours, did an assessment, and provided me with the root cause of what was wrong. Roots from my tree in the front yard had found a way to infiltrate the piping that leads to the outside sewer. The remedy meant that the line would have to be dug up and replaced. The owner of the company, Will and his lovely lady came out to my house and did an amazing job of rectifying a pretty awful install from the builder and ensured that me and my household would be back fully functioning. I cannot recommend Fuller Services enough. They are honest, fair, and do great work at a great price.

I have been using Ken for all of my plumbing needs for about 20 years now. He always fits me in when it's an emergency. I leave a key out for him to get in and he even takes my dogs out for me! I can't say enough good things about him and the quality of his work. He is great with all brands of plumbing whether it be high end or lower end. He is very respectful of my home. I have referred him out many many times and people are always happy! I like that he is local and not a big company where you don't know who will show up at your house. I would definitely recommend Plumber Ken to anyone!

Keith Boykin and his brother came out right away when we had a leak that was flooding our basement, fixed that rapidly and effectively, then filed an estimate with us regarding another problem we were having, which turned out to be the 40-gallon well pressure holding tank. They fixed that in a timely manner and came in under estimate. They also explained what they were doing in a way this non-professional could understand, both on the job site and in a follow-up call I made to them the day after the job. Couldn't ask for better plumbers. After several misadventures with other plumbers, KW Boykin is who we'll call from now on.

Jason was very quick to respond to several issues, was reasonable with pricing, and graciously worked us into a busy schedule on back to back days.

Mr. Edwin Lazo, the licensed plumber, arrived on time and proceeded to access the slow leaking pipe. He let us know at each step what was happening. We were surprised to learn we had four leaks instead of just the one we had previously thought. Mr. Lazo repaired the water line, finished the job in a timely manner plus he made sure everything was neat and clean before he left. In addition, he assisted in locating our main shut off valve in our home.

Throughout the process Mr. Lazo was personable and professional.

Ivan installed my dishwasher today which ended up being a tricky install due to the size of the dishwasher and the size of the space. He was on time, patient, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous as he completed the install. Now the dishwasher looks great and is working well.

Justin and Grisham's performance in installing the gas line for a grill was exceptional. These two young gentlemen displayed a high level of professionalism and respect throughout the entire process. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work and their attention to detail. Do not use this firm. Called to give estimate. Did not provided an itemized estimate. Asked for one before I paid bill. refused to provide me one. His quote was for over double what other firms quoted and he never provided an itemized estimate. Beware!
