Excellent service! Called @4:15pm on a Sunday, he was at my house by 5:00 and had the issue fixed by 6:30, including a run to get parts. All for an absolutely reasonable price. Can't recommend enough.

Extremely Unprofessional. I called in for an emergency appointment, and they accepted the job around 11:00 a.m. I had water pouring through a floor into the level below, and it was a true emergency. I called 5 times to find out when they would be coming out, and they never returned my call. At 4:00 in the afternoon, they said they wouldn't be able to make the visit. They really left me hanging in a bad situation.

Jason came out really quickly and gave an honest diagnosis with a quick follow-up appointment scheduled. He did an awesome job fixing my kitchen sink and gave a very fair price. I will call Jayks every single time I have an issue. He’s my new go-to. Highly recommend

I have had Joe come out to my home twice now for different things. I even recommended him to my friend/neighbor. He is very professional and extremely courteous. Always on time and considerate. I was out of heat for 3 days over Xmas eve and Xmas day. I called a dozen different companies that advertised they were open 24/7/365 and for emergencies and no one bothered to answer. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it and all for a reasonable price even though it was a “holiday”. I will call him for every issue moving forward.

What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

I had a great experience hiring golden rule plumbing to do some work on our 1950's plumbing. Joseph was knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. He also let me know what things I should keep an eye on and what things could use attention. I really appreciated his approach and their pricing.

We have used TCR several times at our office and our home. We have always been very happy with their timely service and fair pricing.

Called late on a Friday and Michael took my call. Was very nice. Put me on the calendar, fixed my shower plumbing issue, got electronic invoice. Everything was easy. The most notable part for me was that I was frustrated that I called so many plumbers at 5pm on a Friday and no one would take my call but Michael and Midtown Plumbing answered and took time to talk to me. Will use again.

Our experience exceeded our expectations and Billy is excellent and explained in detail about our current HVAC and about the Advantage program, he answered all our questions and concerns. It was truly a wonderful experience with no pressure, honesty and integrity is definitely a good thing. We trust him, we are having the HVAC and water heater replaced. Very satisfied with the professionalism and customer service. Billy and Mustapha are awesome.
