Terry and his guys saved us twice in about a weeks time! We just bought an older home that came with a list of issues. First they unclogged our kitchen sink drain which turned out to be a much larger chore than expected. Never once did the guys complain, they even had to get on the roof to unclog the line. The next time I called they replaced my water heater same day service. Terry has some of the nicest guys in the business. They are all very friendly and professional and they get the work done no matter how tough of a job it is. TCR will be my go to from now on!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

They changed out our entire home's copper pipes to PEX, as well as replaced, sanded, and painted the sheetrock that was removed to replace the pipes. Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

My home was built in the’80s. It is full of polybutylene pipe. Needless to say I have had more than a few leaks over the years. Carolina Plumbing has been there for me every time. Perhaps I'm not a handyman, but I can tell a good job from bad. The story: I bought a toilet tank kit to replace the insides of the tank and I thought it would take me one hour max. Maybe the kit didn't quite fit, or maybe I'm just that bad, but at the end of the ordeal I had leaks from various places, plus, I broke the shut off valve. Spent about 5 hours laying on the wet floor. At this time, around Christmas, it's been hard to find someone to come over, especially at 9 PM. Well, they did and all I can say, it was amazing. Kind of like an emergency surgery (and in fact, I think surgery is a kind of plumbing) - full focus on the job, actually running (not walking) back to the truck for supplies. Give me the scalpel, except give me the wrench, in this case. I am impressed.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
