Best Water Heater Repair in Raleigh NC

Wes has been very helpful in my older home, installing a new hot water heater and a new kirchen sink. He always answers all my questions, multiple times and so easant and friendly. I have recommended him to friends.

I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. Dustin does really good work, he is someone I can trust, he has a great attitude, and his prices are very fair and reasonable. Thanks Dustin!

Called for non-emergency work, and set up an appointment for the next week. Plumber came by on time, easily fixed the issue, friendly and good customer service.

When the house that I bought started having severe plumbing problems withing a few weeks (toilet, tub and washer) with water pouring into the basement, I chose Jayks because they were local to my neighborhood and had great reviews. Couldn't be more happy. Lou quoted me a price as soon as he came in about what it would cost if he could use the smaller snake ($250) and what it would be if the clog was more severe and they had to call in the big guns ($450). Mine needed the big guns because it was clogged all the way to the street. He was here for over 5 hours clearing my drain out to the street so I'd have functioning plumbing again. I think many plumbers would have upcharged or just given up. Lou was also super nice and helped me inspect my attic and we had fun (waiting for the pipe to drain enough to get in there) figuring out how my antique Singer could be repaired. Won't go with anyone else EVER.

What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

I had a bad toilet clog for the second time. It took them less than a hour to fix the problem ! They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I will only use them in the future!

Best plumber I have worked with! TCR was responsive and easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to fix my plumbing issue on a Saturday. Their fees were also fair and reasonable. I highly recommend.

I just had some annual maintenance completed by Service Experts and am very pleased with their work. Daniel McElveen performed the work and provided me with a very comprehensive list of components that may be suspect over the next period of time. He explained each item in detail and prioritized their replacement if I decide to do that. I will recommend and continue to contact this company in the future.

Extremely satisfied with Piedmont Plumbing and highly recommend them! We awoke to no water after the low temperatures hit our area. We assumed it was frozen pipes under the house and contacted several plumbers for assistance. All of them were booked due to several homes having frozen pipes. We called Wes at Piedmont Plumbing and although he was busy himself, he made time to fit us in the next day. He found the frozen pipe and was extremely professional! Shawn installed a new water heater for me. It couldn't have been any smoother. He quoted a fair price, arrived on time and in no time he removed my old water heater and installed the new one. He's also friendly and professional. I was extremely happy with the entire transaction from beginning to end.

Daniel Brothers was great to work with. We had old poly pipes burst and they worked with us to re-plumb entire house. They remodeled our main bathroom as well as repair crawlspace issues. They did it all. Not only was it quality work, they were very professional. What I loved most was their communication. Any question or concern, day or night, they ALWAYS responded quickly. We will definitely call them with future projects.

I called this company to come out and replace some bibs and run a new one to the back of my house. Also to replace a pressure valve. They did a fantastic job in a timely manner.
