Best Water Heater Repair in Raleigh NC

Wes came out in a timely manner to fix our shower. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and didn’t make me feel small for not knowing anything about plumbing. He will be my go-to plumber. So glad I found him.

Had two pipes burst due to cold weather on Sunday night. Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing Came out quickly and repaired both issues. He also let us know about a few other issues that we might want to take a look at. He came back the next day and fixed one of those as well. Great attention to detail and quick response made a stressful experience much better!! Will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs!

Great company with outstanding service! I called with an issue in my kitchen regarding my sink pipes under the cabinet and Fasco Plumbing made the problem go away! Not only did they fit me into their schedule for the day(I received same day service) they were informative on what caused my problem and how to prevent it in the future. I recommend them to anyone who needs a helping hand in the plumbing department!

Highly recommended. Called Jason at 10 PM with a water issue although he could not make it out that night he had a tech at my door at 7:30 AM as promised. Service tech was professional and knowledgeable with Work being completed without issues in a timely manner and was properly cleaned up when done . Pricing was reasonable compared to the big box companies. Will use again if needed

Not a lot of reviews on these guys but don't let that dissuade you, they are new to the area I believe they said less than 3 or 4 months. I chose them because all of their reviews were recent and great and mine is no exception. Chris and Joe were professional, friendly, reliable, and quick to please. Came out same day I called. Fair price and was able to explain what was going on to me. Will use again for my next plumbing need, thanks fellas!

What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

Joseph and Chuck did a great job. They called me with notice when they were on their way. Promptly did a professional job. I will use them again in the future.

Swift and great service! Was referred by a co-worker and called bright and early at 6:15 and was amazed to get someone on the phone. I had a really positive experience with Midtown Plumbing. It was easy to schedule an appointment and I really appreciated the text with the picture of my technician. My technician Matt was also extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through several options to fix my issue. I will definitely be using them again in the future

We had the stem of the cold water lavatory to begin to siege. I called for a plumber to come and clean the stem or replace if necessary. The office made me aware that there would be a $100 service fee whether repairs were made or not. The fee would be waved if the repair cost over $300. A plumber was sent the same afternoon. The plumber arrived and looked at the faucet and immediately said he was going to his truck to prepare a quote. In less than 10 minutes he returned with a two option quote. Option 1-install a new faucet for $673.69. Option 2- Rebuild the faucet for $377.94. I committed that the quotes were ridiculous and I would get someone else. He then asked for his $100. I reluctantly paid the bill. I then called Cary Plumbing. I had to wait 4 days until they could get to me. Cary Plumbing arrived on time and cleaned the scale off the stem. It is working like new. Total cost $138.35. I am 75 years old and assume Weather Master thought they had easy pickings with a senior citizen.

Found my guy for life! Hot Water Heat went out. Called Wes, straight to the point and asked me the right questions (I later on learned why). Awesome to work with and didn't mind me watching. Called 10+ places with absurd prices and cranky folks, but Wes was the man. Great conversation with him. doing it 40+ years and referred me to a couple other folks for HVAC and Electricity needs should I need them in the future. Can't go wrong with him. He doesn't advertise which should tell you everything....referral business. I love hearing call me if anything comes up and I'll take care of it, though it will not. Shawn installed a new water heater for me. It couldn't have been any smoother. He quoted a fair price, arrived on time and in no time he removed my old water heater and installed the new one. He's also friendly and professional. I was extremely happy with the entire transaction from beginning to end.

We got a leak in a master shower to take care of. Instead of using our regular plumbing company which went downhill in terms of quality of repairs and prices we called Eugene. He quickly identified a root cause of an issue and fixed it by replacing a master shower valve and a trim. A repair required opening of the drywall and copper piping work. After replacing a valve and testing everything Eugene closed a drywall and patched it properly, which is very nice! In addition we asked Eugene to replace a master tub faucet. We are very happy with quality of the work, communication and prices. It is rather difficult to find a plumber you can trust, but Eugene is certainly the one we would highly recommend. We will be happy to use his services again.
