Excellent service and professional work!

Fantastic service. CW and his crew came out to fix our sudden broken pipe. They were on time and got to work immediately to diagnose and fix the problem. Thankfully it was an easy fix but they handled it in less than an hour.

They cleaned up and wore masks and took their shoes off. Very respectful of our space in our home.

The best part was he was fair and honest about the price which was way less than I expected it to be. I had called other companies and they wanted to charge us almost as much just to show up before they do any labor. CW was honest and said Man I hate when other plumbers try to take advantage of people.

For that reason alone I'll be using these guys again for any plumbing needs

We are new to Durham and had our first official plumbing emergency in our new home. We randomly selected and called Jayk’s. Jason was very professional, helpful, and arrived promptly. He also charged a very reasonable fee and we were very impressed and grateful with the work he did and in the timely manner he completed it. Highly recommended and we will definitely call him again if we ever have any other issues.

I highly recommend Joseph and Matthew at Golden Rule Plumbing!! I had a few other plumbers come to our house and NONE of them would actually diagnose the root cause of our plumbing/sewage problem; they merely charged us for the visit and told us we needed to call someone else. However, when I spoke to Joseph at Golden Rule, HE was willing to work with us and actually get under our house to see what was causing our problems! He showed us pictures of a pipe that had come loose and was flooding the crawl space. He was the ONLY one (along with Matthew) who was willing to FIX it AND put in a new water heater (that no longer worked)!! I am incredibly grateful for Joseph!! As the name of his company implies, he truly does do unto others! He was very professional and specific and KNEW what he was doing!! He didn't give us any runaround! He and Matthew stayed until the job was finished and it got dark! His honesty and integrity truly stand out. Thanks to Joseph, we don't have to take cold showers any more!! Brrrr! Best plumber I have worked with! TCR was responsive and easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to fix my plumbing issue on a Saturday. Their fees were also fair and reasonable. I highly recommend.

I will never call this company for help again. My wife and I had no ac for over a week and they actually cancelled an appointment because they did not want to send out a technician just to do a leak test. Instead all they wanted to do is sell me a whole new unit without even finding out what was wrong with the one I had. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this company all together. They will rip you off!!!

Shawn installed a new water heater for me. It couldn't have been any smoother. He quoted a fair price, arrived on time and in no time he removed my old water heater and installed the new one. He's also friendly and professional. I was extremely happy with the entire transaction from beginning to end.

Contact this company for work and they seemed extremely uninterested and the person that called was rude! I do not recommend working with someone so unprofessional.

Great service

We have been using Robb plumbing for about three years now. They are super responsive and always send someone out quickly. Carlton is the main plumber that typically responds. He is AMAZING.

We leave a list of plumbing things we need done and Carlton knocks every one of them off quickly / with excellence - and leaves a note letting me know just what has been done.

I give them an A+++ rating!!
