Best Water Heater in Raleigh NC

Wes came out in a timely manner to fix our shower. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and didn’t make me feel small for not knowing anything about plumbing. He will be my go-to plumber. So glad I found him.

Lewis came out to give me a quote. After measuring and discussing with Jayk, they gave me a better course of action on my own that would cost less than what they could do. This is refreshing to find someone this honest and helpful! Lewis even came in and took a look at something else unrelated and gave me a suggestion. Lewis was prompt and courteous and super nice and helpful. This goes a long way with me, and I will be keeping their number avail for myself and to pass along to others.

We were very pleased with Ben Franklin. We have been through several plumbing companies with frustration and have them a try after a friend recommended.

They were very responsive, came out quickly at a time Agee’s on, diagnosed the issue (dishwasher not working) , and offered 2 options for repair. We picked best solution and they fixed efficiently.

We will be using BF moving forward and would recommend.

What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

These guys are awesome! Owner was one of the guys that came to my house. Very polite and courteous. Wore booties and cleaned up everything before leaving, no stress. Very very good about explaining everything that's going on and helping you stay in the process if you wish to be. Up front about costs and honest. My go to plumber for the foreseeable future!

We have a clogged drain and set up an appointment for today over the weekend. We were told that we would be called this morning between 9am-12pm before they head over and received no phone call.We called at 12:30pm and were told the owner would call us back immediately. We ended up receiving the call back at 5:06pm today. We're going with a different company because our time wasn't respected and there was a complete lack of professionalism as far as scheduling and communication.

Fantastic service!!! We basically had no water and they responded within 2 hours to help! Our technician, Russell, was phenomenal!!! Extremely knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge. Our heater stopped working and I called this company and they were quick to visit my home. They inspected the furnace and also asked to see my water heater (we’ve had no issues with our water - pressure, temperature, nothing). They found a long list of things wrong with both. Their business model to is sell people a membership maintenance program that was going to equal our monthly car payment. No thanks. This contract would last for 10 years. Quick math told me I’d be overpaying for a new furnace. I asked if I could just pay upfront for a new furnace. And that quote ended up being twice what two other companies quoted me. I was also told that my furnace was original to the house( 20+ Years) which the serial number and info on the unit told me it was only 10 years old. I’m sure those customers who are a part of their maintenance program are satisfied and have the peace of mind but I was not thrilled being lied to. We went with another company.

Aaron is a quality person and a better plumber.

David was professional, I like the fact he had booties for his shoes. He communicated throughout the process making it a good experience. 10% off for Veterans not bad either.

Extremely satisfied with Piedmont Plumbing and highly recommend them! We awoke to no water after the low temperatures hit our area. We assumed it was frozen pipes under the house and contacted several plumbers for assistance. All of them were booked due to several homes having frozen pipes. We called Wes at Piedmont Plumbing and although he was busy himself, he made time to fit us in the next day. He found the frozen pipe and was extremely professional! I will use him for all my future pluming needs! There are still good people in the world...smile! Thanks Wes!

Best plumbing service around!!! I had a pipe leaking in my yard, and the leak was so large I had to keep the water off to save thousands on my bill and keep my yard from turning into a lake. Having to keep your water off during a NC summer is not fun to say the least. And as I'm sure everyone can attest to it was extremely stressful trying to get it fixed at a reasonable price. My neighbor uses Welch Plumbing and spoke very highly of Shawn. Well the day after being contacted Shawn has completely fixed it and I have water again!! A tree root had compromised the pipe, the root is now gone the pipe has been replaced, it was done so quickly and seamlessly! If you want clean, quality work, with amazing affordability, a quick response time and top notch professionalism you need to call Welch Plumbing. I know in the future this will be the only plumbing company I use!! Thank you Shawn!!

Called Eugene about getting a water heater replaced, and was able to get it scheduled for the next day. He gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone after texting him pictures of the existing installation and dimensions of the space where the heater is located. Quote included removing the old water heater and the new one.
