Excellent service at a fair price!

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

This company is totally unresponsive. I had an emergency over the weekend and called them four times between Friday afternoon and Saturday. The never responded to my calls. Buyer BEWARE! Find a different company that is responsive, professional and, at the very least, courteous.

Best in Durham area. Friendly, reasonable, and professional. Most recently, Jose, showed up to repair a water heater issue and didn't charge after realizing it was an easy fix. Most plumbers in the area would not do that.

Highly recommend! They were very responsive, were able to schedule at a convenient time, were up front about everything, and helped us identify some additional issues that we plan to fix.

We highly recommend Golden Rule Plumbing! Reasonably priced, professional, fast, efficient and clean! Our 4.5 year old gas hot water heater stopped working. We called Golden Rule and Joseph responded quickly. Joseph came out diagnosed the problem (it had rusted out!), and advised us that since it was still under warranty, we should contact the manufacturer and make a warranty claim. We did, and only had to pay for the labor and miscellaneous parts. Joseph and his assistant removed the old heater, returned it to the supplier, picked up a new one, and submitted the warranty information on our behalf. They installed the new water heater and cleaned up so well that it didn’t even look like they had been there! This was a very difficult job, since the water heater is in our attic and the attic opening is just about the same width as the heater, but they got it done. The next time we need a plumber we will call Golden Rule Plumbing.

We have used TCR several times at our office and our home. We have always been very happy with their timely service and fair pricing.

After moving into a new house I realized a few valves were leaking under my kitchen sink. Midtown was able to send someone out the next day and he replaced all of the plumbing under the sink, including the disposal based on his recommendation. He was very thorough and cleaned up after he was finished. I highly recommend Midtown Plumbing for residential plumbing needs.

Donnie and Isaac from weather masters came to the house, they were very professional and answered any questions I had about my ac unit.

Extremely satisfied with Piedmont Plumbing and highly recommend them! We awoke to no water after the low temperatures hit our area. We assumed it was frozen pipes under the house and contacted several plumbers for assistance. All of them were booked due to several homes having frozen pipes. We called Wes at Piedmont Plumbing and although he was busy himself, he made time to fit us in the next day. He found the frozen pipe and was extremely professional! I will use him for all my future pluming needs! There are still good people in the world...smile! Thanks Wes!

Eugene and Denis are great! I'd highly recommend this company. They were quick to respond, available to work with multiple schedules and arrived 100% prepared and on time. Denis did an excellent job completely replacing our toilet with a new unit that had a different shape and was a smaller size. He was also very kind and patient. I had to take the 1st toilet I bought back to Lowes & exchange due to a crack & Denis was kind enough to wait for me. You can't find many people out there that would do that! He was very neat & cleaned up EVERYTHING. That's nearly an anomaly these days! I think he left my bathroom cleaner! Ha! He also packaged everything up in the box, took my old toilet away for me & was very respectful and professional! I'd recommend Denis & the art of plumbing to anyone who has any plumbing needs in wake county! Thanks Eugene & Denis!
