I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

We scheduled an appointment, called them at the last minute and added three more items to the list of repairs, they arrived on time took care of all my issues for absolutely reasonable cost. We are more than thrilled with everything, Highly recommend!

My sink and dishwasher had gotten clogged around 5:30 last night, and with 2 small children, not having a sink or dishwasher is...difficult. I called CK's Plumbing and spoke with Nick, the tech who was on call. He was professional, friendly, on time, knowledgeable, and overall made the experience as painless as possible. I've been a customer for decades, the company has certainly has had it ups and downs, I believe they are headed back up if they keep service representatives like Curtis. I feel like I actually learned something and got an excellent maintenance call as well. Curtis answered all my questions and helped me understand what to look for with future calls.
A company is only as good as their service folks so hopefully they will realize that and keep good folks on board.

I called Sonny's in a total jam. I had a water heater in an atic leak and ruined a ton of wall and flooring. I had been without hot water for 2 days. My original plumber choice flaked on me and I started dialing. I ran across Sonny and they literally made some time for the same day and handled the job with care and precision. I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
