My house 's water heater leaked water on a Saturday morning two weeks ago. It was pretty bad. I called my friend and he referred me to Terry's company. After I contacted Terry, he sent his staff to my house to help, the gentleman came in less an hour, which is very fast and quick response! Very, very helpful in the situation... Terry is very genuine, a wonderful man to work with.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Corey is very knowledgeable about plumbing and is a pleasure to have as a plumber. He replaced our kitchen faucet and then we had him come back to fix additional plumbing issues related to our dishwasher. His background in dishwasher installation and kitchen installation was a plus for our older home.

They were replacing my hot water heater and my closet was a tight fit, but they problem-solved and made it work! My nephew was very interested in the process and Raymond was so kind to him, answering his millions of questions. I was so impressed by the whole experience. Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

We called RotoRooter on a Monday morning and they were at my house in 24hours. We had a clogged garbage disposal AND all of our toilets started running nonstop. Eugene came to assess the needs and then headed to the store to buy the proper parts. He came back and worked quickly to fix the issues, but more importantly he worked quietly so I could still be on conference calls.I don't have any hesitation on recommending RR to any plumbing needs!

Eddie came to the rescue on a SUNDAY when all the other places were closed. He came from Fayetteville to Raleigh and didn’t charge me an extra for a “after hours” or “weekend” fee. He fixed my shower valve in the wall (softball sized opening) without damaging any of the tile, sheet rock, or dry wall. I will use him again for sure! Thanks!

I came down on a Sunday morning to find our half bath and part of the kitchen flooded from a backed up toilet. Roto-Rooter was one of the few places open. They sent someone out to flush the pipes and then offered to help with water mitigation. Since then, they’ve detected and repaired the faulty pipe removed the damaged flooring. Everyone we’ve encountered has been professional and courteous. They’ve made a hectic process very smooth. We’ve already been recommending them to our friends and neighbors!

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
