I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

My husband called CK's Plumbing on Sunday about a leaking water heater. Chris showed up Monday around 10 am and had it replaced by 1:30 pm. Along with the hot water heater, he repaired the toilet in the master bath and put in an outside faucet on the back of our house. He and the two gentlemen who came with him, were professional, friendly, and punctual. We were already aware of a ball park price for replacement of the water heater and Chris was right on target! I confidently recommend CK's Plumbing and Backflow.

The plumber (Mosi) arrived earlier than expected, was knowledgeable regarding the problem, maintained professionalism while being friendly and personable. The work was completed timely and correct as expected. We would recommend this company and this plumber for any plumbing needs!

We went to flip the switch from heat to cool only to find the air conditioner wouldn't come on. Found Raleigh Heating & Air had great reviews on Google and gave them a call around 9am they had a tech ther around 12:30.
They sent Walter B in less than 10 minutes
he'd diagnosed the problem and had the air going. More importantly he discovered that the previous installer (Family Appliance Svc) had done a horrible job installing the unit 5 months earlier....and told us what
our options were to get it done properly to extend the life of our less than 6 month old new unit.

After I attempted to fix a leaky toilet I called CK on the strength of their reviews on Angie's list. Within an hour they fixed the problem (and another minor problem I had been ignoring,). I immediately recommended them to a neighbor. Will certainly use CK again.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
