I had a plumbing emergency today and Joe was able to squeeze me in so myself and my kids had water. He was response, professional, efficient and fair priced. Amazing service and Benjamin Franklin will definitely by my go-to plumber for future needs!

Terry and his guys saved us twice in about a weeks time! We just bought an older home that came with a list of issues. First they unclogged our kitchen sink drain which turned out to be a much larger chore than expected. Never once did the guys complain, they even had to get on the roof to unclog the line. The next time I called they replaced my water heater same day service. Terry has some of the nicest guys in the business. They are all very friendly and professional and they get the work done no matter how tough of a job it is. TCR will be my go to from now on!

Plumber William arrived within the promised timeframe, was professional, courteous, detailed, and tidy, fixing our backed up toilets quickly and leaving the whole area even cleaner than he found it.Yes this company is a Little more expensive than calling the guy down the street, but Roto Rooter was available when we needed it (late Sunday night), and lived up to their long-earned reputation. I have had two excellent experiences with Newcomb and Company related to my HVAC system. We had a 17 year old system that needed to be replaced and received a few quotes before deciding to go with Newcomb. Our rep, Marcus, was knowledgeable, professional, and was always quick to respond to questions. The crew that did the install made sure to clean up after themselves and was very friendly. After the install there was an electrical issue with the new thermostats - they had a tech to my house within an hour and fixed it.

Prior experience was over 3 years ago when our zoning system went. The sales rep showed me how to manually adjust our dampers vs installing a new zoning unit on a then 14 year old system, saving me $1000+.

Shout out to JR Lane Plumbing. They got the job done for us. Walked us through the entire process of the main water line replacement. They were very knowledgeable and the staff and technicians were reliable, they followed up with us every step of the way. We could not even tell they were at the house to install a new line. Our yard was cleaned up and put back just as before they did their work. Service was a 10!

Gave me an estimate for water heater twice the normal rate! Didn’t they think I would find out?
