We used Schwartz to replace our hot water heater a couple of years back and they took us through all of the different options for heaters that could fit into our constricted space. Today I called because our garbage disposal was destroyed and told them I needed a replacement. I called at 12:45, they were here at 1pm. Technician Brian patiently allowed me to continue my work call while also trying to tell him what had happened to it. Although I had assumed I needed a replacement, Brian was able to fix it, saving me money! Very efficient scheduling, good communication, and from my experiences so far, great plumbers.

I once 'strayed' and tried a friend-of-a-friend's plumbing company....was quoted $900+ for the handful of items that needed doing....sent them packing, called Cecil Davis Plumbing and they came out and did the same work for about half the price. Avoid the guys who advertise all the time - you're the one paying for it! Cecil Davis Plumbing is the right pick!

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

We had a cracked toilet that was leaking, I had a few issues with the replacement toilet, but the General Manager reached out to me after my initial review, sent a tech out, and replaced the toilet. He and the tech were very attentive and did everything they could to rectify the situation. I appreciate the excellent service and will use Roto-Rooter again.

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.
