I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. I scheduled 3 jobs on the same day with them. The employees showed up on time...They were very professional, maintained social distancing, and were wearing masks...they did a great job on installing the water heater, and also installing the new kitchen sink hardware and the new shower hardware....I could not be more pleased.. I saw a couple of reviews on nextdoor and needed an outside faucet replaced so I called Glen at Westover Plumbing. They had someone nearby and came over same day! Fixed my problem for me no problems and diagnosed and fixed another small thing for me for free. Great customer service and neat and clean, nice work! I will use them again !

Very poor reliability and customer service. I got a delivery window of 8-12pm. I received a call at 1145am alerting me the technician was on the way. After two more calls to the dispatcher who kept telling me he was traveling long distance to get here, they finally show up at 2pm. The two technicians, which by the way is overkill and I guess cause for outrageous pricing, finally got to work on my water heater. They constantly talked about how they were too busy today and were already thinking about the next stop they’d have after mine. Never got an official quote, just pulled a figure out of the blue when his partner couldn’t recall how much it’d be. You know, the ole “How’s $250 sound?” I dunno, how about you tell me what roto rooter charges?!? After the repair, I asked them to perform one diagnostic on a faucet and they said they were uncomfortable fiddling with it, despite their 35 years of combined experience! Awful experience and will never use them again.

Brad King from Optimal Plumbing saved us today! We had a backed up water line leaving us without showers, a kitchen sink and a washing machine. He was at our house within an hour and half of my call and got us squared away, all with a smile on his face and advice for us for the future. Jason had to repair/replace the well pump for my water system. He also returned to replace the water tank/bladder tank that goes with the well system.. His work was professional and very timely. He came on an emergency and arrived when he said he would be here. After assessing the situation, Jason kept me informed of everything that needed to be done, gave me an estimate and completed the work in a very timely manner for the price quoted.
