Joseph and Shawn came out today to check my toilets for any leaks. They were easy to work with and very amicable. I got an appt in a very reasonable amount of time and they were on time. They did a great job at a fair price, and my mind is completely at ease. They also cleaned up after they completed the work and left things as they found them. I would definitely hire again!

I had a break in an old sewer line in my front yard and TCR did a wonderful job replacing the bad pipe. They were fast, competent, professional, and honest. They were about 2/3 the price of an earlier quote I had from a national rooter company. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for all plumbing.

With the unusually long freeze we had and pipes bursting all over the area, it was impossible to get a plumber to return my call let alone actually fix my pipes. Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Joe and Kelly are great to work with. Joe reconnected sinks and faucets after I had new counters installed. The service, quality, and cost were excellent.

I recently needed an emergency repair for a leaky faucet and put out an online broadcast request for service. 1-800 Plumber + Air was the first to respond, via text and email, with a personalized outreach message and number to call for service. Their communications were better than any other responder. They sent DALTON & DAVID right away. The two men were polite and very competent, doing the repair in hardly any time at all. I was impressed.

Also, for a long time I had needed to replace my 20+-year-old water heater and had been delaying doing it. I did not know any plumber I felt I could trust. The 1-800 truck had a $100 off note on it, so I inquired when David and Dalton did the faucet repair about their also helping with that. We made a plan. They helped me figure what to buy at Home Depot for delivery, and they came by today for the install.

Again, these two men were highly skilled, respectful, and helped me understand all aspects of their work, company policies, etc.

If you need any plumbing done--emergency repairs or a big job that is planned, hire this team! They could not have given better service, and now I will be loyal to this company. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

Optimal Plumbing has completed three jobs for us to date (two routine maintenance/repair and one bathroom reset as part of a flooring project) - we’ve been extremely satisfied with our experiences. Lacey is responsive and accommodating with scheduling. Carter and Brad are professional and perform quality work. Pricing is competitive and at no point did we feel pressured to do more than needed. We plan to use them for all future work and would definitely recommend.

Wonderful service. Above and beyond communication and customer service. Other electricians quoted me multiple thousands of dollars and used intimidation tactics. Their work was literally 85% cheaper than what I was quoted by others. 85%!!!!!!

Always get a second quote. I have used Bolton at my business and at my home and I have never been happier.

Specifically, let me shout out Larry who helped me with the contract and controlling costs. Then Chris and John show up and get the work done, not wasting anytime and being very helpful throughout. They were friendly even nice to my barking chihuahua mix crazy dog and professional. I had my own Smoke Detectors they helped to install. They were thorough but not trying to charge me more, just literally being helpful as they walked through my home inspection (as I asked) to address concerns. They were flexible and gave me ideas to save money. What I was told is that they are not commission or hourly, but salary and so they do not have an incentive to charge me more.

I told them my priority was safety and then costs. They double checked some outlets in case previous work was not to code and I feel good about the safety of my home. (of course if that changes, I will let you know!)

Will Bolton is in my Rotary Club and I cannot recommend Bolton Construction and Service any higher. Really good group.

I would 100% recommend this company! I wanted a new toilet installed. I called Frank Polk and he was very professional. Frank came on time and did an excellent job installing the new toilet. He did it very quickly! The prices are fair and Frank educated me on plumbing issues. Overall great communication and customer service.
