Cape Fear Air Raileigh. I really like working with them. Them are quick and responsible. They pick phone calls quickly and took my matter as important. The project manager gets back to me quickly and set up my appointment promptly. It was just before Thanksgiving everybody was busy but he treated me really well. Then I got my new furnace installed the next Tuesday after Thanksgiving. The technicians are nice, too. So perfect score, 100 percent satisfaction. strongly recommend.

Thank you to William Parrish for coming out on a Saturday morning to examine our system and to find and repair a break in the outfall line from the house to our septic tank. We awoke to find two toilets backed up. We called three other plumbing services before finding William Parish Plumbing who was prepared and ready to come out and do the work on a Saturday. The work took most of the day to find the break, dig up the line, cut and replace the outfall into the septic tank. We are grateful to Scott Edwards for his hard work and knowledgeable service to solve our plumbing problem.

We called Air Experts and had a response within several hours. We had a new AC unit installed back in 5/2021 at our home with no problems. We are on the 2X/year maintenance plan at our home so we added this at our manufacturing facility as well. They are the best. Very quick and professional.

My mother-in-law called to have someone come out and look over the plumbing in and around the house for leaks because she received an unusually high water bill of over $50. Typically she pays around $30. The gentleman came out and looked around the bathrooms and kitchen and then, without asking, replaced two floats in two toilets, which were fairly new and not leaking. He charged her $309.

My mother-in-law didn’t think the floats were the issue, but waited for the next water bill to make sure. She soon received the next month’s water bill of $908. Finally, a family member came over and after much looking under the house and anywhere there was a water supply line, they found a faucet in the back yard was on and the attached hose was leaking. They turned it off and the problem was solved. My mother-in-law called the plumbing company and spoke to a young lady and told her how the man replaced two good toilet floats, didn’t look around and how much he charged. The young lady basically said there was nothing she could do.

I called today and spoke to the office manager. I let him know what the service technician did when he came out and he said that if he would have talked to her, he would have come out and looked around. He also said for her to call and talk to him if she had another plumbing need. I told him my mother-in-law was a little gun-shy now of Carolina Plumbing and I didn’t think she would be calling them again.

My main frustration is that the service technician didn’t look around, didn’t ask where any supply lines or outside faucets might be or look under the house at all for water leaks. In my opinion, this isn’t good customer service and borders on taking advantage of someone who doesn’t understand plumbing.

Always good and reliable service.....very prompt....always calls to let you know when they will arrive.....highly recommend !
